Hi, I’m pretty upset with apple. I placed many order with apple and up until now, I was an apple supporter. A while back I called about my AirPods and I was told I can drive 100 miles to Augusta, GA to get them repaired for $80. (They are out of warranty). Yesterday, that's what I finally drove to a different state, wasted time and gas, only to find out it would cost me $179 to replace what was broke. If support would've told me that on the phone, I obviously would have not done this. I ended up purchasing a new pair for $249 plus insurance so I spent close to $300 on those AirPod Pros. I come home and just for fun check Amazon and the exact same AirPod Pros new generation, USB C sell for $199. So now I'm upset because you lied to me you made me drive 100 miles one way and your store does not have competitive pricing. I would like to request a price match and it’s difficult to reach anyone in the store.Note: please hire people who know what they are doing. I could’ve googled it myself, and that’s literally what he did.

Said they can’t fix my trackpad but that I can try to go somewhere else for repair or buy a new laptop…if I can go somewhere else for repair then why couldn’t they fix my laptop. lol I drove an hour there & back for this info — great.

Worst experience ever!!! Spoke with apple support about getting a replacement phone through my Apple care that apparently means nothing. To ship my replacement it would arrive in 3-5 business days as well as a 10 day authorized of almost $1100 on my credit card to cover themselves in case. That wasn’t an option for me so the representative told me if your local Apple Store has the replacement in stock the replacement can be done in store with no hold on my card….. being that Apple is getting my old phone on the spot. Now I proceed to call the Apple Store directly to only see if the phone is in stock and for over 1 hour I could not reach a live person. With much frustration I got in my car drove out there to find out from the technician that a replacement device could not be given to me and a proper diagnosis would need to be done. What’s the point of paying for Apple care and being told by live chat the options available. I’ll be taking my business and personal cellular needs away from Apple. What a joke!

I had the Apple Vision Pro Free Demo here and the experience with the staff was great. Very friendly and inviting. Made it feel like I wasn't constantly being manipulated to buy a product.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in an Apple Store. My appointment was at 10:10 I’ve been sitting here it’s now 35 minutes past my appointment time, and I still haven’t been assisted. This is horrible customer service.
