“Excellent service. We were in the market for a new washer and dryer after the junk we bought at a big box store went out. We wanted a Speed Queen and Kelly Appliance was a dealer for them. I called and a lady named Arris answered the phone. She was very pleasant and and said they had the Speed Queen models in stock. We went down and purchased the set that we wanted. Arris answered all of our questions and knew all about the Speed Queen products. We paid for our new washer and dryer and Arris scheduled the delivery. We were there for a grand total of 30 minutes. We did not have to try to find someone to help us as you must do at a big box store and we were not told a bunch of lies to try and make us purchase the set. Arris gave us the straight scoop and was very professional. Kelly's delivery guys showed up at 9:00 this morning and installed, tested and hauled away the old set and were gone by 9:30. They were very friendly and professional and very respectful of our home and property. Save yourself a bunch of grief by buying from Kelly Appliance instead of the big box nightmares. We appreciate all the excellent service Kelly. You can't go wrong with the quality of Speed Queen and Kelly Appliance.”

“I'm an over the road truck driver, who delivered a load to this company and had a very pleasant experience. Driver's complain about delivering loads and having to wait, I arrived and was greeted with courtesy and respect. The place is a little tight backing in but once you get backed in, they unload you in a timely manner. They made waiting bearable. I would deliver to them again. Thank you for making me comfortable while I waited.”

I was so out of my element trying to fix my faucet, but I brought my end piece in, and he found the exact right match and he didn’t even charge me for it! He was so kind and was an answer to prayer with what had been up to that point a frustrating process. Thank you!”

I decided to come to Home Depot and not only did I find all the supplies that I needed but this incredible gentleman help me from start to finish and completely understood my vision for industrial shelves. He went out of his way to take time, considering my desires, and making them happen from start to finish. He help me find everything I needed, as well as cut my material and re-threaded some pipe to fit. It also doesn't hurt that he was great at making me laugh. In a world where most employees are just skirting by to make hourly, Wayne was a complete breath of fresh air, and a reminder that they are still great men out there that want to help and provide their skills with pride.”

“So after a frustrating experience with Lowe's, I cancelled our order and went over to The Home Depot. I needed landscaping bricks to do a landscaping project. I was able to order the night before and pick up the next morning (today). They are very organized and staff is wearing masks. I recommend heading over here. They also offer military discount.”

“I was immediately greeted by Tyler. When I walked into the store he he asked me what I needed and then showed me some items on the floor in the dining area and told me where there were others located. He gave me some space to look around but anytime I had a question he was available, friendly down to earth showed him what I was trying to match up, gave me some advantages to purchasing the table and chairs gave me some round figures. I like that I didn’t have to haggle no games. Everything was paid for and delivery was set up quickly and easily definitely no nonsense which I like. This place is definitely for people who know what they’re looking for and if you don’t know what you’re looking for at least they are able to help you make an educated decision.”
