“Professional and great service. I will be recommending Mattresses Firm to anyone in the market for a adjustable bed who wants a fair price. We looked at Ashley for a bed but they didn't have want we wanted or needed. Thank you again for such great bunch of folks. They deserve a raise 👏.”

“Lavell was extremely courteous and very informative about sleep number beds. He found my sleep number easily and made me so comfortable I really did not want to get up. I think he wrote that number down for me but I trust I will be able to find it myself. It is truly a blessing to lie down in a position with no pain. I look forward to enjoying the years I have left in the comfort of sleep number. Thank you, Lavell.”

“My husband and I just had our first experience purchasing from this store and Donnie was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed, and he gave us plenty of space to talk amongst ourselves and come to our own conclusions. He showed us products of all different price points and never tried to upsell the more expensive ones. He was honest, unbiased, and super friendly, truly a gem of a salesman! We would 1000% purchase from this store again for any mattress or pillow need. He made us feel genuinely taken care of and like he had our best interests in mind, not just money. Thank you so much again Donnie! We look forward to years of cloud like sleep!”

“I could not be more pleased with my experience from Havertys in Augusta, Ga! From the moment I walked in the door, the service was exemplary. Angela assisted at first and then brought in Lex to work the design for multiple rooms in my home. Lex first came to the house for measurements and to discuss options. The next week, I went in for a very well put together presentation from Lex and Angela. Everything was taken into consideration properly, from my homes current style to my personal tastes, and inspiration from Lex's expertise. Almost every element of the presentation was purchased and the design implemented. Delivery was prompt and installation was supervised by Lex himself! I cannot reccomend Angela, Lex, and the Havertys store enough if you are in the market for quality furniture; but most importantly, a sales and design team that put their heart into making sure you get the furniture and the design you want. I've already been back to the store for accent pieces at great prices!”

This is the best place to shop for furniture and Lisa is the best as well. She is a genuinely nice person who really cares about her customers and happily goes the extra mile for them. Sue M.”

“Nice selection of stores and resturants. Some with outdoor dining options. Clean, well lit and well maintained. Plenty of handicap permit only parking spots with good connections to the stores. Only had time to visit the Bonefish Grill where the food and service were perfect. Must visit next time in Augusta.”

“They don't greet the customers when you walk in but I told them about that. I purchased a sofa for $569 that was $799 in another store so I got a good deal. They loaded it on my truck and did a great job tying it down. I may return to purchase a mattress.”
