Booked a vehicle 2 weeks in advance show up no vehicles how about a heads up text message, email a phone call something. Completely unacceptable and I have to go to a government base who don't allow taxis or Ubers wasted my time and my companys money.

Booked my vehicle well in advance for a one way and pre-payed for the car get to the counter and all they have to say well we called you 3 times the DAY before my reservation and we can’t help you needles to say will never book with these people again
