“I had purchased some clothes in a different Buckle location as Christmas gifts for my husband. Unfortunately, the size I got him was too small, so I came to the Buckle in Augusta to exchange sizes. The staff was super helpful and was able to get the size I needed ordered online since they didn't have any left in the store. I had the new clothes shipped to the store, to avoid having to pay for shipping. I got an email when my order was available for pickup. When I arrived to pickup my order the staff was attentive and quick to get my package. I will definitely be back! Great selection to choose from and great customer service!”

“This was my first time in this store to get some Nike blazer for my daughter. I was greeted by the manager Shawn. They did however have the shoe I wanted but the manager said he would drive to Columbia and bring them to the Augusta store for me since I needed them for a event on Saturday. Columbia stores did not have them either but I appreciate him going above and beyond to help me and show great customer service. “Zac helped me special order a specific hat I got in Washington DC, and lost, so I needed it mucho badly. We went through it and I got my address WRONG for some reason. Zac called the order center on my behalf and straightened everything out without the need of an additional payment or paperwork (for me anyway). Exceptional service and they earned a customer for life.”

“I visited the Hollister store at Augusta Mall on yesterday, December 21, 2018. I needed to do some last Christmas shopping and I had no clue what to buy. I was able to get all of my gifts within an hour and stayed within my budget, thanks to Zachary, one of the employees that work at the store. I really appreciate his professionalism and his familiarity with the Hollister brand!”

“My youngest son pick this retailer to do his back to school shopping. I was very impressed with the overall appearance of the store. All the tables were neatly folded. The four ways and rounders were straight and organized. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It's very rare for you to find a neat and clean store during a back to school event. To top everything off the associate greeting us with a smile during checking out. Wow I really enjoyed my shopping experience there.”

“Each time I have stopped by this store I have found a new shirt to add to my wardrobe. It does take time to look through the racks but is worth it. I also found a couple of lounge slippers I really like. Good price $25.00 for 3 items and good quality. The complaint of the store being in a mess is mostly because people let their kids pick up everything on the shelves and throw back down anywhere they want. I watched that happen as I stood in the checkout line and the parents of the kids weren't any better at doing the same thing. The checkout line was long but it is the holiday shopping season and weekends tend to be extra busy. The same applies to any store. The reason stores are in a messy situation is due to the customers habits and the store employees aren't anybody's Mother to babysit. It's disrespectful and rude to trash someone's business. I used to work in retail and I fought it everyday cleaning up the disaster areas.”

“2022-05: Came to Augusta Mall with a few specific stores in mind to visit, but started with an unplanned walk into Palmetto Moon after seeing the storefront outside. Being it was my first visit here, I got the vibe of small, expensive southern boutique meets beach/summer apparel souvenir shop. They have really cute women's clothing, but the focus is definitely on t-shirts in the apparel aspect, be in womens, mens, or childrens. They have a lot of nice quality vinyl stickers, a small shoe area (sandals, flip-flops, and Crocs), small you section, some souvenir/gift areas, hats/caps here and there, and definitely a Yeti and Hydro Flask presence. I spent a while looking at everything and the employees were pleasant. I ended up buying some t-shirts, stickers, and some other random items, but you definitely want to familiarize yourself with sales trends here. It's very pricey, in my opinion.”

“Hot Topic is an awesome place to shop for anime, Gothic, and metal culture assessories. They are knowledgeable about the items they sell and have good sales. Hot Topic is also well kept, and the workers are very nice and patient to get what you are looking for. ALSO, Hot Top does stock the famous "SHADOW SONIC" backpack. The Con is, it sells really fast!!!”
