My husband had a return. My daughter bought a shirt for Christmas it was 2 sizes too big. Tiara, one of managers helped us. We had a reciept and my daughter paid with credit card so we got credit for the store. Tiara was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Tiara (I hope I’m spelling that right) was super helpful, super welcoming, and very knowledgeable in AE sizing! I typically have a very hard time shopping in places like these mainly because their sizing is always off for me. The other staff was super helpful and welcoming as well!

Anthony (the manager) is an absolute GEM!! I usually shop online, but I’ll definitely be coming in store more often. His customer service skills are unmatched, and he went above and beyond to correct a small issue. He definitely deserves the title he was given <3
