“Very clean store and nicely merchandised. The shoe department is pretty fantastic if I do say so myself! I also love that they have all of their fragrances out to be tested. Many department stores are tucking them away which makes it difficult to explore new scents. I do wish they had more sales like other stores, but the shopping is pleasant and they are adequately staffed.”

“One of the better post exchanges I've been to (Ft. Benning, Stewart, Bliss, Carson, Huachuca). Has a good selection of furniture, electronics and tools. Clothing and sales doesn't have to much, constantly on back order for things.”
“Macy’s will allow you to order off the website and then they will cancel your order and hold the money for weeks. They are scamming and holding money for fraudulent transactions. DO NOT SHOP HERE. This is how they are staying afloat. They are banking your money by canceling orders.”

“I had purchased some clothes in a different Buckle location as Christmas gifts for my husband. Unfortunately, the size I got him was too small, so I came to the Buckle in Augusta to exchange sizes. The staff was super helpful and was able to get the size I needed ordered online since they didn't have any left in the store. I had the new clothes shipped to the store, to avoid having to pay for shipping. I got an email when my order was available for pickup. When I arrived to pickup my order the staff was attentive and quick to get my package. I will definitely be back! Great selection to choose from and great customer service!”

She came out of the salon today as I was struggling to figure out how to get all my purchases to my car with my little ones in tow. “Each time I have stopped by this store I have found a new shirt to add to my wardrobe. It does take time to look through the racks but is worth it. I also found a couple of lounge slippers I really like. Good price $25.00 for 3 items and good quality. The complaint of the store being in a mess is mostly because people let their kids pick up everything on the shelves and throw back down anywhere they want. I watched that happen as I stood in the checkout line and the parents of the kids weren't any better at doing the same thing. The checkout line was long but it is the holiday shopping season and weekends tend to be extra busy. The same applies to any store. The reason stores are in a messy situation is due to the customers habits and the store employees aren't anybody's Mother to babysit. It's disrespectful and rude to trash someone's business. I used to work in retail and I fought it everyday cleaning up the disaster areas.”

“In a day when customer service is almost nonexistent, Darrell at the Evans Tractor Supply is a gem! I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. I was approached again minutes later to be sure I was finding what I was looking for. Unfortunately, my product was unavailable, but Darrel called the North Augusta store for me and made sure someone put their eyes on what I needed before I went over there. Thanks so much!”

“Very very nice gentleman helped me get some things out of electronics cage, I don't think they even have to help but he was eager to help and he realed me on in to sign up for a Verizon contract Stylus 5G phone because he was just so easy going and funny the whole time I had to wait to get phone activated, which he did actually very quickly for me and the down payment price was great. The monthly payments are high though.”
