Fox's Lair at Olde Town Inn is a unique Bed & a Bar concept, a delightful new experience tucked away in Olde Towne Augusta. The establishment features a stone-walled basement bar with live music and open mic nights, described as outstanding and the epitome of a hideaway bar and live music venue. The atmosphere is perfect for nightlife lovers, with drinks, discussions, and musicians collaborating late into the night. There are five beautifully apportioned suites above the bar, each given a historical name and decorated in period style. The rooms are well-proportioned, nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, and beautifully appointed, featuring comfortable beds, pullout couches, refrigerators, and large TVs with internet access. Guests appreciate the easy access and plentiful parking. The location is right on the edge of Olde Town Augusta, blending into the newer downtown area, and is walkable to several restaurants and local spots like a brunch house and the Augusta market, though walking east or southeast late at night is not recommended. The bar serves excellent cocktails with fantastic local music, and the servers are noted as being the nicest and very attentive. While no food is served on premises, party food is sometimes available. The music from the bar below can be heard in the rooms, but many guests find this a pleasant part of the overall enjoyable and fun atmosphere. It is a specific customer that will appreciate the place, and those who do find it a great time and would gladly return.
Always a great time at the Fox’s Lair. Especially when Doc, Henry, Adam and Deveran are playing. Dave Mercer was sitting in for Deveran this day. Awesome servers who seem to sense when you need another drink.

Fun place to stay. No food on premises. However, there is a bar with great drinks and fantastic local music.Walkability: Several restaurants within walking distance .
