From the moment I walked in the door, the service was exemplary. Angela assisted at first and then brought in Lex to work the design for multiple rooms in my home.
Lex first came to the house for measurements and to discuss options. The next week, I went in for a very well put together presentation from Lex and Angela. Everything was taken into consideration properly, from my homes current style to my personal tastes, and inspiration from Lex's expertise.
Almost every element of the presentation was purchased and the design implemented.
Delivery was prompt and installation was supervised by Lex himself!
I cannot reccomend Angela, Lex, and the Havertys store enough if you are in the market for quality furniture; but most importantly, a sales and design team that put their heart into making sure you get the furniture and the design you want.

They were bought out by a liquidation company. Sad bc I went across the street to Davis Appliance who wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for it. Highly disappointed.”

“I enjoyed this shop. Great selection and large store. They offer a discount color like Goodwill, and you can get some great deals. I'm a reseller myself and was hoping to get some inventory. I didn't find anything I could make a lot of money on by reselling, but if I was looking for stuff for my own collection/use, I definitely would've grabbed several things at great prices. Can't wait to go back! Also a great location — just a minute from Making Ends Meet, Always Junkin', America's Thrift, and Always Junkin'.”

Plenty of handicap permit only parking spots with good connections to the stores.
Only had time to visit the Bonefish Grill where the food and service were perfect. Must visit next time in Augusta.”

“I loved my experience at Andrews Gallery. Ginger was so helpful! My husband and I went into the store on a Saturday and told her what we thought we were looking for. We also told her we needed suggestions as our space was unique. She showed us tons of amazing pieces and helped us narrow down the style we were looking for. We made an appointment for her to come out that week to see the room for herself. She stayed about 30 minutes and took pictures and talked through our ideas. She called us back that Friday and we came back into the store Saturday (one week from our original visit). She had come up with a full plan for our space using the pieces we already had and incorporating new items. She was so helpful and understanding of our budget and we were really able to maximize the space while staying within the price range we wanted. There was never any pressure, she listened to all our ideas and now we are in love with our living room again! All the items we wanted were in stock and ready to take home that day!”
