I definitely should have read some of the reviews before I got my truck serviced here. They will rip you off as much or as little as they can, as long as it's more money for them. I understand the nature of a business is to make money, but they are borderline scams.I called to schedule my oil change for the first time at the dealer. They told me the price would be around $90 to $100. That's already a bit high, but I figured since they are Ford and I have a Ford, so it's probably worth it for them to service it because they also do a complementary multipoint inspection.As soon as I got there, they told me that's not the actual price even though the price on their iPad shows it was $89 something for the oil change. They told me the price on the iPad hasn't been updated, and that's why it's showing the different price, and it's actually $120 for the oil change because my truck is hybrid. I believed them, so I gave them the go-ahead. Then I added a tire rotation. Again, on the iPad it says $25, but then they told me it's actually $45 because the price on the iPad is 'wrong.' I didn't think too much of it, so I purchased that as well.But in the back of my mind, I was skeptical, so after I left the truck there I started contacting other Ford dealerships from farther away and also Carmax to get a quote from them. All of them are giving me a price that's much lower than them. Carmax gave me a quote of $89, and that includes oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. They looked up my VIN, so I know the quote they gave me is exactly for my truck. Gerald Jones' price is almost doubled that quote.After learning all that, I told them that I don't want to do the tire rotation anymore. They ended up charging me $144 for the oil change. Just to give you an idea of how ridiculous this price is, I had a BMW SUV. It's pretty expensive to get that thing serviced, but that's not even as expensive as this. I usually spend about $100 on an oil change for the BMW.Wonder how dealerships earn their bad reputation? This is exactly how. If this is the way how they want to do business, then take my one-time payment because you'll never see me back here again.

Had an amazing time at the dealer! Salesman Carson made sure that i had the best options available and helped me get my dream car! He was thorough with explaining all of the features of the car and even helped me set everything up after I had purchased the vehicle. I will definitely be going back to this dealership for future purchases.

Just wanted to take the time to give Ms. Shannon Tracy cudos for going beyond as a service advisor. Had a recall issue that I'm experiencing with my GT 500, so my appointment time was scheduled two weeks out. I stopped by and spoke with someone to see if I can slide in on any cancellations and as I was about to leave I stopped back to let Shannon know that I did ask to be placed on the cancellation list She told me to wait a sec and looked in the system to see what my car was being seen for and contacted the parts department so they could have everything ordered and on hand to eliminate wait time while my car get serviced due to parts. She did not have to do this but she saw my frustration and did this, therefore I really appreciate her professionalism and taking her time to take care of the customers in making them feel like family. I'm really big on customer service and give credit when its due. Thanks again!

Ordered a 2023 Bronco from this dealership back in March, Ashleigh has been an awesome salesperson throughout the entire process! She made a couple of changes for me before the order was finalized and kept me informed through the entire journey. My truck was built Sept 19th and arrived Oct 4th! Ashleigh went above and beyond even after the sale. Definitely recommend her for your next vehicle!

Although I had to wait a couple weeks for an appointment. They had me in and out of there as fast as possible. I think the whole service took 20-30 minutes. They were courteous of my time restraints and excellent communicators.I will be back.

It was great! Could not have been any better. All only by Ford trucks. Gerald Jones is the only dealership I would purchase a Ford from. Their service department and sales department go above and beyond to take care of my needs. They are the best! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Gerald Jones Ford was overall a good experience. The service department was awesome and communicated with me before, during, and after my services were completed. The salesmen or receptionist on the other hand… not so much. They all ignored me and one guy just sat in the golf cart the whole time while I walked around and looked for potential cars for the wife. Bernard Pinckney approached me last minute before I got my truck back and we exchanged army stories. He was the only one who said hi to me so he’s cool. Management needs to inform the salesmen to approach customers even if they’re just hanging out waiting. Was gonna give them 3/5, but Mike calling me afterwards to ensure the truck was good boosted the rating. Bottom line, I won’t go there to buy a car, but I’ll get maintenance done there since I have the maintenance plan.

My first time ever getting service at a dealership's service center. FABULOUS!! I got my own service advisor, Marcus, who was GREAT!! He explained everything I needed to know, and took care of everything for me. These folks even have a shuttle that'll take you shopping, to a restaurant, even back home while you're waiting for your vehicle to be done! How cool is that????

Do not use their service department!I purchased a 2023 Bronco Sport Heritage edition on July 7th, on 31 July the check engine light came on. I was able to get an appointment with service on August 2nd. I only got this appointment by going through my sales agent Ashleigh Dyson (who is the only person at that dealer who is worth anything). I was told that day that I would need a new engine and that it would take 2 weeks. When I called on August 15th I was told it would be ready in early september. At this point I still did not have a rental and was told that there were none available and that I was pretty far down on the waiting list. By the end of that week Ashleigh was able to secure me a loner. When I called for an update in early September I was told 2 more weeks. On August 18th I was told the engine was ordered and in early October I would have my car.Here we are and on Tuesday the 10th I called and was told once again that it might be a few weeks. I have spent $3764.25 on car payments and insurance in the 3 MONTHS that my car has been at the dealer - on a car that I cannot even drive. I drive past the dealer everyday on my way to and from work and it's sitting there, in the back of the lot. A beautiful blue Bronco just becoming a money pit. I will never again bring a car to Gerald Jones Service.

This is my second go around with this dealership. Today I’m leaving a review. All I wanted was a quote for an alignment for my F450. I called the front desk 5 times trying to get through to the service department. Only 3 of those times did I speak to someone back there. The first time she put me on hold for 15 minutes. So I hung up and called back. The second time, i was transferred by the receptionist just to have the phone pick up and immediately hung up. You could hear the phone being hung up because whoever it was missed the button the first time. So I called back from my business number. The third time I got through and I explained what happened and that somebody hung up on me, and the response I got was a long pause followed by an “Ooooookay”. She didn’t help me whatsoever, and then I was placed on hold again for another 10 minutes. Not sure what’s going on up there today. Not that they even care, but they just lost this customer. This is ridiculous. I don’t even leave reviews,but this customer service has to change. I’ve tried to give my business to this places twice and both times nobody can help me. I just wanted a quote…
