The Goodwill in Augusta (close to the Burn Center) is the best one I've ever been to. I live in Jackson County. Ga and have been to almost every Good will in North GA. None of them can compare to the Augusta goodwill. The way it is set up is very appealing, and has HUGE selection of Christmas decorations.

3pm 12-2-25. Genius manager wouldn't sell me old moldy chairs because she wants them for a display. Literally mold and water damaged. I wanted to redo them but she's refusing to sell them. Just another goodwill run by people who have no clue how to fulfill the mission of helping others. The prices for used things make me stop going to them, then I give them another chance and away we go! Avoid Goodwill's and especially this location. Until they go back to basics and sell used items at a reasonable cost, rather than try and over charge and throw your generous donations in the dumpster. Make no mistake, well over 70% of the item you donate end up in a landfill. Bathroom was clean though, 1 star 😂

We utilize this goodwill location all the time for our Landfill Diversion Program and LOVE it! The staff is always super friendly and helpful! If there was 6 start they would get it!

Very clean and organized but overpriced, about twice as much as any other Goodwill in the area.

One of the worst thrift stores I have ever been in. The place is a mess, the prices are too high for the junk they are trying to sell, and overall the place is just nasty. I was browsing the clothes and I noticed roaches crawling over them and one pair of pair had blood stains. Absolutely gross! You're better off just driving to Walmart down the street, as the pricing is about the same.

Goodwill stores are getting very pricey. That is my last time going to one of their stores.

For shame! For shame! Prices are at retail not donated thrift prices. Gouging at its worst!

Could you please explain why prices continue to go up when most if not all of your product is donated gently-used items? This is the wrightsboro Rd store specifically.

My first time here and the lady at the register Antoinette had some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Very pleasant experience, I will be returning for sure.

This goodwill firmly believes they are a retail store. Don't bother prices are cheaper at the Ross And Marshalls up the road.

Well-kept Goodwill, lots of interesting books and CDs, and a lot of brand-new items. Friendly staff, plenty of parking. Almost always some nice finds when we visit. My only (minor!) complaint is that the overhead section signs have little connection to the actual arrangement of merch categories (toys, etc.).

This location has a really nice open wide driveway to make dropoffs. Easy to see pedestrians entering the store for safety. A nice Goodwill Store.

It's clean a store. Staff are usually friendly and helpful.
That said. Prices are outrageous! The items they sell are donations but their prices are retail. There are items that I can buy new for almost the same price. Why would I shop at GW then??
