“In a day when customer service is almost nonexistent, Darrell at the Evans Tractor Supply is a gem! I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. I was approached again minutes later to be sure I was finding what I was looking for. Unfortunately, my product was unavailable, but Darrel called the North Augusta store for me and made sure someone put their eyes on what I needed before I went over there. Thanks so much!”
“had a delivery scheduled for today 03/06/25 and it was never delivered and when I called and talked to this store which is apparently the one it was shipping from they said they would look into it and call back and never did. Update: they finally fixed it after finally being able to get a hold of them”

There is a good variety of products. It would be helpful if there was a map & directory near the entrance to see what isle you can find what your shopping for (like at the mall).
There were a few times when floor staff were standing by themselves and they could have offered assistance.
Overall a good store though.”

The manager, Ivan, personally helped us select them and worked to make sure the order came in and was delivered according to his high standards of care. I strongly recommend checking out this place for any home remodeling project materials needed. They have a nice showroom to display many different flooring, counter, cabinets, and fixture choices.”
