“I got a car from here back in 2022 I believe. i only had $500 and a insurance policy to my name.fast forward >>>> I have 7 months left til pay off.the car has never put me down on the side of the road we've had our moments but it's never given up lol 249k miles on the dash still a daily driver. original engine and trans thanks to all 4 of my mechanic's lol .I still love it all though they did up my payments for liability insurance buuuttt if you knew my insurance rates it's still a W lol take care of your car it will take care of you,as far as payments go. I have asked for extentions here and there and they were granted when they !!COULD!! accommodate. I never had a issue with payments dept. They've always been nice to me But I guess I never been on their bad side??.... ummyeah....

“Ryder closes at 4:00. I was coming from several states away I got there at 3:50 p.m. I was greeted by the lovely Claire. Five star customer service.She was an absolute doll. I was tired and cranky and she could not have been more patient and accommodating. Claire answered all my questions and represented Ryder in the best possible way. I have been to dozens of Ryder locations. I don't recall anyone being a jerk but Claire went above and beyond so thank you.”

Went I returned the trailer he came out to meet me and I told him I had very little experience in backing a trailer. He said no problem and unhooked the trailer and manually put it in thr parking place.”

“I came in to rent a truck to haul my brand new rims and tires to put on my Bmw 535i xdrive they told me they didn't have one even though the app said this location was the only location with a small truck but no problem I just wanted to accomplish my mission so they said they had a van even though they didn't have what I wanted they still accommodated me and the mission could go foward and plus the employee was friendly and respectful and even laughed at my jokes lol finally I accomplished the mission returned the van everything was a breeze so they earned my business just by being respectful, polite and providing good service it's rare these day so when I experience it I got to let it be known that there are still good people on this planet.”
“Very friendly, but overworked people. I stopped in a day early toget my vehicle checked out and to verify that a trailer was going to be available the next day for pickup. At that time I noticed the trailer was covered with red clay mud on the outside. This was not removed by the time I picked it up.”
