“I got a car from here back in 2022 I believe. i only had $500 and a insurance policy to my name.fast forward >>>> I have 7 months left til pay off.the car has never put me down on the side of the road we've had our moments but it's never given up lol 249k miles on the dash still a daily driver. original engine and trans thanks to all 4 of my mechanic's lol .I still love it all though they did up my payments for liability insurance buuuttt if you knew my insurance rates it's still a W lol take care of your car it will take care of you,as far as payments go. I have asked for extentions here and there and they were granted when they !!COULD!! accommodate. I never had a issue with payments dept. They've always been nice to me But I guess I never been on their bad side??.... ummyeah....

I've seen other reviews mentioning Michelle. Michelle is incredibly sweet and kind- but is hard of hearing. She will not be able to assist with most questions or needs in store. She simply cleans the building.”
“Our experience with Uhaul has been pretty bad since we moved and dropped the Uhaul off, but the general manager Adelina at this location really went out of her way to fix an issue we had with incorrect charges and the wrong date we dropped the Uhaul inputted. I really appreciate all that Adelina has done to help get the issue resolved. She is very friendly, attentive, and helpful!”
“I feel like I was serviced with a happy representative, the entire staff felt friendly and welcoming. At no point did I feel pressured into buying a service I didn't need and yet they all offered them and informed me of everything that goes on. The return process was nice, I didn't accrue any fees because I brushed the box truck out and pressure washed the trailer that I had used for my multiple visits. The refund happened same day for the customary charge while using their equipment. I have heard stories about uhaul in general being bad about hidden fees but this location was an all around good experience. My only concern regarding that was using a truck with a tiny bit of debris buildup along the sides, visible dirt, but their photo upload requirements along with optional user comments, I took pictures, and proceeded and done. When I need to move anything again I would defintely prefer Uhaul from here on. A little dirt shows good working.”

“Good service and truck for use. 24/7 is good, but get to rental an hour early. The pick up can be tricky to do on your cell phone. Other than that, it's nice to pick up a drop-off when office is closed.”
“This was easily one of the best, in-person customer service experiences I've had in a very long time! Both the woman and young man behind the counter were so nice, and helped me out so much! Actually, I was slightly unprepared upon arrival to the store (Amazon drop-off), but they were super nice and helped me print out my shipping labels on site, and took care of everything!! “Frank Wilson went above and beyond. He took his time explaining everything and was very considerate of how stressed we were trying to move. He found multiple ways for us to save money and he didn’t have to . I appreciate his 50 years of knowledge on moving. He gave us tips and the entire process we were in and out in 10 minutes. He knows what he’s doing. He’s kind. He considerate of trying to help save during the move . I would highly recommend him or this store for any moving service.”

“I came in to rent a truck to haul my brand new rims and tires to put on my Bmw 535i xdrive they told me they didn't have one even though the app said this location was the only location with a small truck but no problem I just wanted to accomplish my mission so they said they had a van even though they didn't have what I wanted they still accommodated me and the mission could go foward and plus the employee was friendly and respectful and even laughed at my jokes lol finally I accomplished the mission returned the van everything was a breeze so they earned my business just by being respectful, polite and providing good service it's rare these day so when I experience it I got to let it be known that there are still good people on this planet.”
“I had a truck rented in a neighboring town and was unable to pick it up due to weather conditions. I spoke with Bobbie who helped me navigate the process of cancelling my old reservation and making a new one here in the Augusta area. She even helped me with working around the difficulties of dealing with the main customer service line. I feel that she went above and beyond what was necessary and seemed to know the ins and outs that made my experience much less stressful.”
“Very friendly, but overworked people. I stopped in a day early toget my vehicle checked out and to verify that a trailer was going to be available the next day for pickup. At that time I noticed the trailer was covered with red clay mud on the outside. This was not removed by the time I picked it up.”

“This is a Penske agent location where people are able to call for quotes, to make reservations, and to pick trucks up and return their truck rentals. This is in fact a storage location, but I work here and personally do everything I possibly can to take care of both my storage customers and Penske customers.
