“Sometimes it's easy to get in and get out. Prices are always better than the other gas stations around. During the busy times, it would be nice to have the attendants that are standing around help guide the lines. People do dumb stuff and block access to the area because they can't see around larger vehicles. Also would be nice to have the QR code shaded when the sun is shining down on the screen. It doesn't work sometimes. Thank you”

“The auto folks are absolutely life savers! We had a flat 30 miles away between Atl and Augusta and so i had to put the spare on and make it to Augusta. We had bought the tires at Sams in Newnan, but today had another 90 miles to go to get to my Father in Law to help with his dying pup, so time was of the essence! The Auto team immediately received us and took the tire to see if it was patchable Luckily it was and they had us in and out quickly and had us on their way with a smile! I cant thank them enough for being so helpful today and doing a great job! Thank you!”

The manager came to me and said they could patch tire. So they gave up selling a new tire to help member. They are looking out what's best for member. That other place was trying to sell you a tire that you didn't need to.”

“Byron and Austin in TVs/Electronics are the real deal. Holler at them for advice and assistance on anything in that section. Chicken bakes always delish on the way out. All in all a solid Costco with good deals and good displays”

“Today I entered this location and needed help finding an item... Tino made it his mission to find it even though he was assigned to the front of the store. When he exhausted all the possibilities that he knew of, he inquired of another and Mason took over the hunt for my item. Mason took me directly to the product and explained how they merchandise items in the ad. Both men were absolute gentleman and carriedon a friendly conversation while searching. When I referred to Tino by name he responded by asking my name as well.😁 This personal approach was so nice...I felt noticed and heard, plus respected! Mason later saw me and my family at the self checkout and without us even asking stepped up and scanned what was in our cart to help us out. The lines weren't busy... he just chose to be kind and helpful. I felt valued, and again respected. I have lived in many states and have shopped many Costcos and by far the customer service and exchange is personal and phenomenal at this Costco! What stood out to me the most is the kindness that was demonstrated from both of these individuals, felt natural and intentional... not scripted. Kindness is a choice and these men chose kindness and my family benefited! I hope these individuals get a shout out because they marked my day with kindness and joy...I left a RAVING FAN!”
