Prices continued to go up, while customer service declined. I was once a big fan of Xfinity, but now have my internet and cable with different companies. Much happier now.

I’m really disappointed by the level of dishonesty we’ve encountered. While I was away on a trip, my husband was unable to access our Xfinity account. He went to the store and spoke with a representative named Jordan. Not only did Jordan create a new account for him without my husband’s knowledge, but he also failed to inform him about the equipment fees and early termination fees that would apply.
Not only are we stuck paying almost $500 but now have started our contract all over again. We will be disconnecting Xfinity soon and will be going to AT&T as they have better customer service.
This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend coming in to this store.

Would not recommend. The service is terrible and drops while I’m trying to work. Service in the store is pointless because they can never resolve my issues. We’re planning to switch our service to T-Mobile or AT&T. I lived on an island for two years and got better internet service than this.

Unfortunately I cant just review the company and have to review the store itself but save yourself the stress. This store was great and kind and people deserve 5 stars but Xfinity is the absolute worst. You WILL run into issues. I am on 4/4 now and got them unfortunately again because I didnt know I had other options. THIS TIME I got the service and found out the line is down in the house from the hurricane and its been down 2 months!! I spoke to the landlord and he said he called mulitple times trying to get someone to come fix it for 2 months now. I called the day I received the equipment and they said a technician will reach out with in 5 days to set up an appointment to fix the line. Surprise surprise no one call to set up an appointment. We called AT&T and they came and set everything up THE NEXT DAY. I returned my equipment on the 11/22 after getting it on 11/17 and was eligible for the refund. The gentleman that helped me return it said I will definitely get it since it was less than 30 days but surprise surprise xfinity charged me anyways. I called, they told me they see I returned everything but I have to call my bank to dispute, so I did and although xfinity said I should get my money back my bank processed the payment meaning the dispute xfinity told me to claim was lost. I just called and they said I only qualify for a partial refund that takes a month to process... but the gentleman on the phone pushed for a full refund and while typing this I just got notified it was just credited to my Xfinity account I wont be using anymore since I no longer have them. This will be my 3rd call over this 4th problem Ive had with them. DO NOT GET XFINITY

Trash, one of the employees flat out lied about their "unified" connection with Verizon. He said since I have wifi for my home as well as being a veteran I could get a better plan with Xfinity (I think he said their Platinum plan). That was a complete lie and I'm disgusted. Whether it's no wifi, no phone, or randomly closed it's always something at the physical location, and my phone service is always bad! Ironically the phone service is worse the closer I get around the area. Should've never left Verizon nor would I if I would've known the lie I was being told. Grandfather plan completely gone after over an decade with them, all because of a random lie. Customer service on the phone is more difficult than getting my college degree, can't understand anyone and those you can understand don't help you and/or pass you along to the system. Store says call customer service and customer service can't help time to sue.

The people were courteous and knew their products, but I was there to exchange a modem. I waited 54 minutes to do a 2 minute exchange. Didn't make much sense to me!

Hey, we gotta escalate this to Comcast's big bosses. They billed us for another month after we canceled, then sent it to collections without warning! We tried to fix it, but got passed around to a bunch of different departments. And this isn't the first time; years ago, they wrongly accused us of not returning equipment, but we proved them wrong with pictures. All they said was "sorry." Seriously, keep pictures of your stuff when you return it – it'll save you headaches later

Stay away from Xfinity the customer service is terrible especially over the phone.Went in store multiple times and they never resolved the issue kept telling me to wait 48 hours and try to brush you off. It should not be this difficult to get a refund for a phone I never received. Spent over 10 hours to try to resolve the problem. The people were friendly but were no help. If you want a new iphone just get it from apple store because a lot of people are stealing phones. Trying to get it through xfinity has been a huge waste of time.

Didn't offer similar service at new location after being forced to move due to Hurricane damage, instead tried to double cost of while reducing speed. Thought I wouldn't leave. Thought wrong.

Not a review of Xfinity, just THIS STORE.
I had an appointment, I show up to my appointment. All of the employees are outside on their phones, laughing and carrying on. I go to walk inside and I am told they are closed. I’m told they don’t have Internet to access anyone’s accounts, (Xfinity’s internet is down at their store…!!!)
I explained that I had an appointment and they said well we can’t do anything about that . So I walked back to my car and they’re all giggling and laughing again,. Why are eight employees hanging out on the sidewalk getting paid for self admittedly not doing any work, when a quarter of this month I haven’t had service due to power outages from the storm yet also conversely, part of the reason I am trying to see somebody, my data usage was the highest this month it’s ever been, and will probably be expected to pay for a full month service…
No apologies, no explanations, no attempts at even answering questions. Since I’ve been back in my car they’ve also turned away people trying to return equipment…
