For over 20 years Allternative Gym has specialized in Exercise therapy for kids and adults with special needs. Exercise therapy is designed to bridge the gap from physical therapy to a personized therapeutic exercise program that will continue to increase strength and mobility, with the use of our Universal Exercise Unit, and utilizing Suit therapy.

Last week was my 19 year old daughter’s first intensive adaptive fitness with Angie and it was amazing! My daughter has CP and said her muscles didn’t feel tight and she loved the plan. Angie is the best!! Thank you!!

They’ve got all the free weights, squat racks, equipment, and machines you need to have a great workout. I come 4/5 times a week and am very happy I joined — would highly recommended anyone to get a membership here!

Angie has literally changed Payton’s life. He had come so far with going to her and he continues to progress. She is so passionate about what she does. This is the best place ever so I definitely recommend Allternative Gym to any and everyone.
