“EpiCenter—I know you’ve heard of it, but have you actually taken the tour? If not, you’re missing out!
I won a free membership while attending one of their R&B cardio dance classes (taught by Jackie Paige, MAJIC 107.5), and that’s how I discovered EpiFit. I was genuinely surprised to find such a large, well-equipped fitness facility—competition-grade equipment, an indoor track, sauna, steam room, and more than enough machines to keep workouts moving without interruption.
While you’re there, take a class or two. They offer Zumba and cycling, but my go-to classes so far have been G.L.O.W. (Glutes, Legs, Obliques & Waist) and Temple Turn Up. The trainers bring a lot of energy and keep you engaged from start to finish.
The facility is consistently clean, the staff is friendly, and at under $50/month, the value is hard to beat. It’s more than just a gym—it feels like a full fitness community.
Check it out!”
“This place was three stars last year but they are doing a better job of both cleaning up after selfish lifters who don't rerack and encouraging them to rerack as well. Trash is always picked up quickly. Water fountain goes down sometimes but they fix it quickly, and for the equipment quality (it's hoist which is average) they maintain them well and fix them quickly.
This is better than a mainstream spot like Planet Fitness but not as good as a competitor like EOS. To be honest this is the best gym in the Smyrna area right now, but competitors will most likely pull from this location.
I think they could improve their hours, especially on weekends and even being open till midnight during the week would be fantastic.
If you work out here and don't rerack your weights youre selfish and suck.
I still love the join and the front staff are kind and knowledgeable offering great advice to new lifters and the child care employees actually care about the kids.”
“Had my fitness assessment with Bryce today. It was perfect the man really knows about his stuff and was very informative and personable. 10/10 experience and was able to get down my fitness goals and steps to get there.”
“It was my first CrossFit experience and I was nervous to show up, but they are incredibly welcoming and were very accommodating. I highly recommend trying it out”
