This place is fantastic. Every opportunity I’ve given them to help me they have killed it. Caring AND professional is a rare combination.

I have been in the hospital for more than a week getting a pacemaker put in. After leaving the hospital, I had to go to rehab. I called checking on 2
Meds I rec'd a text about. The 2 different reps I talked to were
No help at all and asked when I was coming in. I'm in rehab which I told them. Why is there no compassion for people like me in this situation when it's a simple question?? I've used the E-W Connector for years but will prob change !

Refused to call to have medications transferred from different pharmacy to them. Even though would’ve only taken a few minutes. Was very uncaring and unprofessional.

The pharmacist at this location is a WITCH. Extremely rude, short, dismissive, and unprofessional. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I merely asked if they could begin working on my daughter's script who has a presumptive pneumonia, sooner than the 2 hour wait time we'd be given. She snapped saying they "literally" just received the order with the nastiest attitude and turns her back on me mid-sentence. Then kept acting like she didn't receive an order that I already confirmed successfully went through from my doctor's office. Clearly, an idiot bootleg pharmacist and has no bedside manners whatsoever. She needs fired immediately.

This pharmacy is hit or miss. Customer service is a dying process. I blame the lack of empathy and the CVS Corp as a whole. They dont properly train their staff on issue resolution, customer service and people management but they are consistenly cutting their staff in an effort to "cut costs" yet their top executives are still paid millions per year.
My latest experience was dealing prescription issues for my specialty medicine. A very nice gentleman helped me initially and was very patient. He was empathetic and understood that I was frustrated. The pharmacist Winta..horrible! She was passive aggressive and condescending all at the same time. She did not ask me about the ordeal, she didnt explain the options to purchase 1 wk worth of meds or to get 2 days worth of meds for free until the prescription issue is resolved (new insurance). One of the staff members gave me the options on my 2nd visit. She also discussed the interaction she had with me, which was short and of no value, with a coworker and in front of a customer.
Ive watched her with other customers and she is not nice or patient. She needs training or to find another profession.
Update, the issue was resolved by an experienced female team member at 1130am. She heard the issue and stepped in to help. The insurance company submitted the override code today at 838am. She read the notes and found it. She pulled up a new screen and entered the code removing the prescription block. She then showed the staff how to do this process bc they had NO idea. The pharmacist wasnt there so she is still clueless and of no value. The pharmacist and the gentleman who initially helped me did not know the override process and as a result they could not help. They NEVER acknowledged not knowing what to do and that there lack of knowledge prolonged my wait process.
Overall, Winta needs to be moved to another store. She is careless, rude and not properly trained. She cant lead if she isnt empathetic and doesnt know how to resolve common insurance issues. Ive been with this pharmacy for 3 yrs and have NEVER encountered this behavior.

While I love the coupon clip savings on the app, though I'm not a fan of the most recent app upgrade, I wish CVS would keep Zyrtec-D in stock. There's nothing more frustrating and worrisome then going to my favorite drugstore, which is CVS, only to find out they're out, yet again. My next stop is actually a grocery store pharmacy, because then my last stop is Walgreens which is my least favorite drugstore. Of course since today is a holiday the drug stores within the grocery stores are closed. But all of this leads to extra running around by me. And now I have the added pleasure of knowing that I will wake up with a sinus pressure headache tomorrow.

This is the worst pharmacy we have ever been too. 1 month and still don't have our profiles from Walgreens which Walgreens sent to them. They never answer their phone. Went to store I traffic and was treated worst than anything. Pharmacist said she could not do whole profiles at once, which cvs corp said was not to do 1 at a time but whole profiles at once per corp.
While there you could hear phone ringing and no one trying to answer it.
Not a good place to go if you need a rx quickly.
VERY VERY BAD PEOPLE & LOCATION!!!
New update 7.3.24: charged me $50 for testing strips etc that insurance says is free then saying oh we see $9 copay. Why did you say $50 and not even run the insurance per our insurance.
Bad customer service need to learn their jobs!!! Now I gotta drive back to try and get money refunded. Change pharmacy quickly people. Rip off!!!

This CVS is very busy and understaffed. Many prescriptions have been lost. If you have a prescription then please take it somewhere else. Please dont waste your time or add more stress to this pharmacy by taking your prescriptions to this CVS. Many CVS stores are closing and it just adds more stress to that store and other stores.

Spoke to the rudest, most unprofessional and extremely uneducated irate employee EVER!!!!!
Her name is JENNA. All, I wanted was to check on 2 prescriptions that were due to be picked up soon. It's bad enough that some of us, need to take medication. Then you call CVS and get treated so horribly bad! I asked to speak to her supervisor, she put me on hold and never came back. I called back Spoke to a very nice Man "David" the store manager who advised me, that, the pharmacy supervisor (Darcey)was not working today. He suggested to take my name and tel# and he would personally give the message to the supervisor when he saw her. I called 1800 CVS-SHOP and spoke to Rosalynn (very nice) who will have coorporate call me back. I Will be transferring to another pharmacy asap....I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH
HORRIBLE SERVICE IN ALL THE YEARS @CVS
Look at the reviews!

Worst pharmacy experience ever!!! I dropped off my prescription (physically- hard copy) yesterday and went to pick up today (24 hours later), after half hour waiting I was told they need to call the pharmacist because they can’t find my prescription anywhere. That’s outrageous, how can someone misplace a prescription.
If you can take your prescription somewhere else, please do so, do not go to this location.
