Horrible customer service. My 6th bad experience was I spent 20 minutes going through my medications because I had a problem with how insurance was being run. They tried to charge me $1778 for a medicine claiming the coupon I gave them didn't work. No patience to figure it out. It was like I was an inconvenience. When we get everything sorted, I hear the agent say WTF ( the full language) as she is hanging up with me and that is after I heard her huffing and puffing because I pushed her to figure out why the coupon wasn't going through. This is after another occurrence where the agent I drive through told me that the drive through was for pick up only and would not take my prescriptions to be filled from the car when clearly the sign in the drive through said full service. Needless to say I am pulling all 30+ of my and my husbands medications from this branch. Horri le horrible horrible customer service!!!

Well ... considering the fact that there are 8 reviews and all of them are 1 star, I don't think my review will truly help, but here goes. Exterior Large parking lot, but can be difficult to get to - busy intersection (EW Connector at Hicks) and this corner has a semi-shared sort of parking lot for 3 different businesses. Interior Appears to be set up like most CVS stores. This is a larger store. Customer Service Awful. Back in January, my Dr electronically submitted an Rx to this location after we determined that Walmart did not carry the Rx. I tried calling 3 days in a row to check status of my Rx. On two separate days, I was in the hold queue for more than 1 hour before being ultimately hung up on. So imagine my EXTREME disappointment when it turns out that my Dr's office mistakenly sent an Rx to this location Thursday morning. I contacted Walmart pharmacy to ask them to transfer it to Walmart. Walmart called ME Friday afternoon to tell me that they'd attempted to call CVS Thursday and multiple times that day, Friday, and were unsuccessful. I messaged my Wellstar Dr to ask him to please just send a new Rx to Walmart, but my Dr was out of town. Finally, I decided to drive up to CVS. Even though the CVS price was more expensive, if push came to shove, I was prepared to just purchase it there. When I arrived, there were no customers in line inside the store and there was one car in the drive thru. The phones were ringing off the hook. Jenna came over to assist. I explained the situation. She asked if it was the Austell Rd location or the EW Conn location trying to reach them, said the pharmacist should be able to call them, no problem. She checked and advised me that because they didn't have the Rx the Dr prescribed they'd changed it to the OTC Walgreen's branded version. I explained that my Dr definitely wanted me to try that specific Rx - not the OTC version. The pharmacist, Judy, was sitting within view - but about 8 feet away. Jenna turns and explains the situation, but she doesn't really go into detail because the pharmacist apparently could hear us and got the jist. From 8 feet away, she begins to talk to me. Unless she's physically disabled, I guess that means she's too rude and / or too lazy to get up and walk over to me. Its also a gross HIPAA violation. She tells me that no one has called this morning to transfer a Rx to Walmart. I explain that they called and couldn't reach anyone. I also say, very politely, that I don't believe they're lying to me because a) they were actually diligent enough to call ME to tell me they couldn't reach CVS and b) I wasn't able to reach CVS either. She then asked me if they're choosing the option for 'doctors.' I tell her I have no idea. I think to myself, seeing as how Walmart is a well-established pharmacy, I would guess they'd know how to navigate the automated system. Judy tells me that she's not calling them. She tells me to call them and tell them to call now because they're not that busy. I explain to her that I know Walmart is not going to attempt to call them again because they've been trying for nearly 24 hours. Jenna was very apologetic, but there was nothing she could do. I could tell she empathized with me. Next ... I DRIVE to Walmart and beg and plead with the pharmacist to try calling CVS, again, one last time. They call and they're finally able to reach CVS. But here's the rub ... the final insult: after ALL of that - the ever incompetent Pharmacist Judy has changed my Rx and gives Walmart the incorrect Rx! Yep! Patients are able to 100% view, in the Wellstar portal, the Rx information (drug name, dosage, pharmacy it was sent to). This was a topical used to treat skin rashes. For some reason, Judy decided to change my Rx to another topical used to treat skin rashes. But I'd already been using that topical for the last two weeks with no improvement, hence the new Rx. My Dr was out of town Friday and his nurse claimed she wasn't able to call

Lacey the pharmacist is extremely rude. She will not allow you to wait for a simple prescription ointment at the window and instructs you to come inside and wait even though you have Covid and are putting others at risk! Steer clear of this location. I see they have all 1 star reviews so it's obviously a problem here. The pharmacist is quite fugly as well.

The experience with the location at 800 east west connector was horrible. The pharmacy staff is rude and extremely slow. After trying for two years for decent service, timely prescriptions, and not having to wait, I gave up and will not shop or use them again in the future. Going to CVS is on par with going to the DMV.

This pharmacy is very inefficient and rude. I've had a female staff member give me a flippant response about her going to lunch when I asked about the ETA of my prescription. Mind you, I was fresh out of surgery and on crutches. I've also witnessed a male employee closing their gate in someone's face before closing. Go to any other CVS pharmacy, or another company pharmacy altogether. Please save yourself the headache.

Understaffed and can't perform basic needs of a pharmacy. CVS needs to fix their broken pharmacy system

This c v s pharmacy is one of the worst I have yet to attend. They had me running around for 2 days. They kept telling me my prescription would be in never came in. They never gave me an option to go to a different c v s. I had to ask if they could look if any other CVS had it in stock. which they did they sent me to another CVS. When I arrived, they told me.. the original CVS has to put the order on hold so they could fill it. That is something they should have done from the beginning Including giving me the option to look at different cvs. I typically do not leave negative reviews. I needed my prescription to get better and get back to work. I was unable to do so for 2 days.

The pharmacist at this location is horrible. I dropped off 2 prescriptions for my mother this morning with no updates from the pharmacy on the status to call in with an automated message to confirm pickup for 1 of the 2. To get there to find out that the one they prescribed is the reversal of the one they did not prescribe. Didn't notify my mother to allow her an opportunity to contact her doctor to either approve or recommend another prescription and then say she doesn't have any more and that she had medication earlier was an insult. Now it's after 5 p.m., and her doctor is no longer available, causing my mother to go another night in pain, which is inexcusable because of the lack of care to notify customers when she acknowledged she just put it off to the side and said maybe another pharmacy can fill the request. Wow, in livid. What if this was her mother or loved one.

I have never had a prescription filled at this location without drama. The final straw was having an urgent medication called in and then spending 5 hours trying to get someone on the phone to figure out why they weren’t filling it. The pharmacist was nothing but rude and defensive and unhelpful. I finally had to call the doctor and have them resend the script to another pharmacy.

My 3rd time calling the pharmacy today. No one answered the phone. Currently on hold 37 minutes and counting. If it wasn’t an emergency med, I’d say forget it but this is beyond ridiculous.

I have never experienced a CVS like this. They do not answer their calls, even from prescribers. Every time I have visited they have told me that the prescription is probably still on their voicemail.

The absolute worst pharmacy ever ! Zero customer service & no consideration for people waiting for medication. They NEVER answer the phone, have to wait several days for prescriptions to be filled. Decided to switch pharmacies, & new pharmacy gave up after an hour on hold. When I brought it to their attention in the store, all they said is“ We are busy” Busy you say ? Too busy to explain why I had to wait nearly a week ?No apology, nothing. And the last time I called to check on a side effect on one med , I was given the wrong information, just unbelievable !!!

After working I stop by to pick up medicine and waited 30 minutes to be told she had to reboot machine which she took so LONG I THOUGHT SHE DID! Then to be she still needed to reboot the machine!!!!! I said can you use another register and she says NO, they’re busy up front too. I’m looking at the sign this is drop off only for medicine and it has a shoot just like at the bank when they have additional lines use that that station to shoot your payment and medicines or payments back-and-forth at the bank and I’m thinking to myself why don’t they use that other lane for a multiple purpose for us to pick up our medicine and they could use it as the place to just drop the medicine at least we will have two lines going at all times throughout the day. I think I’m gonna look into another drugstore to use because at this CVS there’s always over a 30 minute wait whether it’s in the line or at the front counter or if you call them. I was so exhausted but wanted to get my medicine so I don’t have to do it on the weekend and get up extra early when they first open so I can get some rest but of course that didn’t go as planned. I hope CVS looks into hiring more people or finding a way to add two additional lanes, especially in the evening because the convenience of closing at 10 PM is great because by the time you fight traffic I’ll get off from work is probably about 8 o’clock or close to, and I do like the fact that they are open late But to wait in the line that long and then this company makes millions of money why don’t y’all have an operating system probably top-notch for how busy y’all are I feel it’s no excuse at all. Sincerely extra extra extra frustrated with CVS. They need to take the blue blueprint from Chick-fil-A and get with it. !!!!!

Pharmacy services at this location is the worst I have ever experienced. They never and I mean never answer their phones. Data on the app is incorrect too. This has been a 3 year nightmare since moving to this area. I have been a client of CVS in other states for years and this Pharmacy customer service and its staff is by far the worst I have ever encountered. Staff is rude and at times difficult to understand or provide you with inaccurate information in response to your questions when you are in the store. Drive up window is equally as bad and wait times at the window to pick up a prescription is lengthy too.

Horribly managed, staff is rude, lazy, unorganized, obviously a reflection in management. We will definitely not come here. We have had four bad experiences at this location.
