“I’ll make this quick and Brief. I have to give a special shout out to “KELLI” at the Austell location. I called in and they answered! That’s 5 stars alone. I was searching for an item in women’s clothing I saw about a week ago. I didn't have much information, but Kelli took what I had and literally walked the store floor looking for this item and when she was unable to find it, she made suggestions of what the she did have, mind you I was on the phone with her the entire time. When I say Kind and compassionate. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Customer service alone 10 stars‼️‼️ Great experience. A 10.

“Pretty good experience. The customer service is pretty good. The only person I noticed needs to be removed from customer service is a person who was in the electronics. He was on the phone and got angry because someone asked him if Target sold Iphones more than once. All around good experience so far.”
