“I am so happy this Cricket store is actually open on Sundays! I went to my usual Cricket location on Carpenter Rd to pay my bill on the last day it was due or I would be shut off. According to the hours posted online and on the store door they were open until 6 pm, I was there at 5pm and they were closed. So I had to find a location that was still open and I found the Paradise location was open, I called to verify and the young lady said she was open until 6pm. I was able to pay my bill and not have interupted service.”

Then I had Ishmael helped me to complete the task and not only was he super attentive to my need he took the extra steps to find what was missing from my order to the point of adding the manager of the store who was a wonderful person herself. “Just go here. They will have the part you need. I needed a special piece for my shower plumbing. This place was the only spot that had what I needed. I live in an old home. Home Depot and other places said they would need to order it. However, water leaks can't wait. Now I know to just go here in the first place. Save time and get the job done right.”

Eventually I couldn't get in and this was my 4th metro stop so he helped me just start a new line. I ended up getting my 8 digit code while trying to remember a new one. He still helped me even though it was a bit of a hassle. Everytime I pass by coffee Rd I'll remember justin from metro pcs the man who provided value to customer service . Will always come here for accessories and phone service”

A big disappointment the Greek team was no help - he rushed me out as if he was eati g Ori was disturbing him - he took my number and I had to ask him was he giving me a appointment? He replied oh I didn't know I wanted it I left with my husband. We went to computer guys and they fixed it in the same day. I shop around for a new laptop. I walked back in two day later I knew exactly what wanted no help needed. In and out..”

“Went to this T-Mobile store to see if I could get signed up for a 55+ plan(not a big ticket item). I had purchased a phone from Amazon and took it with me. Initially had spoken with, Devon, on the phone, who assured me that they could help me. When I arrived, Edgar took care of what I needed, answered every question and got me out of there in about 20 minutes. Very nice experience, highly recommend!”
