“Horrible rooms. Asked for nonsmoking received smoking room. Smells overwhelmingly like tobacco smoke. Floors are soggy wet slimy dirty. Black trash bag behind the door in the restroom had to quickly yell at my toddler not to touch it in fear it could have had drugs in it. Top bed cover had black sticky gunk on it and behind the bed and side table is trash and cigarette ashes, the remote control is sticky. This is the worst expensive room I’ve ever been in. I’m the only traveling adult with 8 children. Had to get two rooms which is terrible being that we were just in a car accident out in the cold and were forced to choose this place.Rooms: Nasty and stinkyNoteworthy details: Run to another hotel.”

“Would had gave it a 5 but only wrong thing. It was a dirty underwear under the mattress and I felt horrible cuz danm. It's a nice spot with nice employees and quiet but gosh couldn't ya check under bed, mattress etc etc. Would deff go back and recommend fam y friends but please keep up with the room hygiene. ”

“On arrival, I believe her name was Ieesha, very nice! We checked In Quickly. Our room was perfect for the few days we were there. I like that you can request room service and they will not just walk into your room. Whoever was working in the kitchen from 8/9/24-8/11/24, thank you!! The breakfast was great! I love that you get a text message from the front desk asking how your stay is going and if anything is needed. The pool is small but guest were respectful of one another. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

“My husband and I stayed 1 nite. WOULD HAVE stayed another night if time permitted.At any rate, the ONLY COMPLAINT I have is the bathroom is OUTDATED..BUT CLEAN. There were chipped surfaces etc..nothing dangerous, just unsightly in the shower and toilet seat. I was told they would be under more renovations, adding restaurant and full bar etc..HOPEFULLY doing the BATHROOMS is a part of it.WHAT I LIKED:The inside of the building rooms are , NO PETS, however the outside rooms surrounding the pool area were designated for PET owners. I like the fact it was separate. (see pics of hotel for reference)OUR room was clean, no weird smells of ANYTHING. I saw someone mentioned that in past reviews.Front desk; TRACY was AWESOME. Great info about the area. We were going to the Marietta Diner. Told us of other restaurants in the area as well. Most places don't tell you about that or know mich about what's around them(I'm a foodie).Breakfast was good. I had mini veggie omelets, waffles and turkey sausage. Of course they had the other usual breakfast items.I would come back again.Not bad.”

“I was hesitant on booking this hotel for our Valentine's weekend because of the reviews. But I took a chance. They let me view the room ahead of time. When I checked in the jacuzzi suite it was nice and clean. And the property was very quiet. We had a great time and would stay again.I will say the room is a bit dated and had some peeling paint in the bathroom and the carpet was coming up near the jacuzzi. Neither of these issues effect our stay. The staff I dealt with were very friendly.Rooms: The room I had was clean and looked like the pictures.”

“My wife and I run our own business and we are here almost every week for jobs we get in Atlanta. We have stayed at the studio 6 probably 4 months out of this year already. Not one issue. We never see any bugs...yeah, the rooms aren’t 5 star hotel rooms, but what do you expect for $44 a night? They are always clean. The cooktops are a little slow to heat up, but have always worked. We’ve stayed on every floor of the hotel. One time, we had a room that the ac didn’t work in, and they put us in another room immediately. And to all the people talking about “the crackheads or the questionable people”... you don’t know what people are doing or what they are going through. Maybe you shouldn’t write a bad review on a hotel just because you’re a judgmental person that’s clearly too good to stay in a $44 room. We’ve never met anyone that wasn’t polite as could be. We will continue to stay here as long as we have work down this way.”

“I had a good stay here and i have had a nice sleep without any issues.Also i have read many reviews on the website satating that the motel is too bad and it is not in good condition.But i have seen it lot better than that,The front desk helped me alot in selecting the rooms they have.I can only say that the motel meet its standards for the environment and the ambience.”
