Clean facilities, very easy to check in, they accept walk ins, due to how efficiently they work, I don’t suspect you would have a long wait if you do a walk-in. The staff is all polite, respectful, very friendly and efficient. If you have an appointment expect to be seen at your appointment at time and out in less than 20mins.

Mrs. Dallas was an amazing phlebotomist! This is the first time in my life I have been stuck by a needle and didn’t feel it. She also provided great customer service. I would definitely come back to this location for my annual biometrics.

Neither one of the check in kiosks works. Press the same button multiple times and it doesn’t register. By the time I finally got my information in it said I was more than 10 minutes late for my appointment and to reschedule another one😑. I was texted a link and that didn’t work either. Fix your equipment!

I was in and out for a drug screening in under 10 minutes. I had my employer email and ID ready. Walked in. Checked in on kiosk machine and had an appointment ready in 5 mins. No waiting. No hassle. The lady was kind and professional and amazing at her job. Should have gotten her name!
Calling is a bit of a headache I admit but it was much easier than I expected when I came in. Overall 10/10 experience :)

My experience at quest diagnostics Austell location was AMAZING.. If I could give them ten stars I would. ?? Ms Dallas and Ms Suzy were so helpful and very nice.. Both of them made my experience very pleasant! For someone like me that doesn’t really like getting blood work, Suzy was quick and efficient. I didn’t even realize I was done..I would highly recommend this location if you need to get any kind of testing done.. ?

It was difficult to find. There was only a small sign on the door that it was the quest place. Also, there was no public bathroom and no people to communicate with until you got called back.

Dallas is rock star! I am not sure what is included in the job description of a lab tech, but while I was there she helped someone check in on the kiosk, answered the phone twice, opened the door to let someone in, and took my blood while making me feel at ease.. Five-Star Multi-tasking! She was fantastic.
