“Yesterday was my son's 13th birthday. We gave him his first Kendama for Christmas and we were amazed at how much time he dedicated to perfecting his skills immediately. Our son is a busy kid and getting him to settle down and focus is no easy task. I called the store and explained that it was his birthday and I was going to surprise him by picking him up from school for an hour and bringing him to the store. When we arrived the entire staff was more than welcoming. They had a birthday card for him, allowed him to view their merchandise, and Josh greeted us at the door and proceeded to show him multiple techniques while the entire staff cheered our son on. We purchased a Kendama of course, and Josh gifted him a 2nd, and a smaller one for our 5 year old. You should patronize this store because the staff are knowledgeable, gracious, patient, but more importantly kind. We need more people like this in the world. Their kindness genuinely made my son's day, made him smile, and warmed my heart.”

“This was the cleanest location that I’ve ever been to. I love their plug in aisles! All the scents I be looking for at DG or Walmart is here for a fraction of the price.”

“My dad recently passed away and as a memorial I wanted to get a teddy bear made with his voice in it. I want to applaud Tracy for the outstanding job she did taking care of my mom and I with the nine, yes NINE bears that we purchased (it was for all kids). Whatever Tracy is making isn’t enough. This woman needs a raise! She was EXTREMELY patient, kind, caring, compassionate, hardworking, and eager to lend a helping hand. Tracy was extremely knowledgeable about all the bears and the additional features that could be added on. She was very sweet and showed sympathy throughout our entire encourager making this a breeze. Thank you, Tracy, Ethan, and the young girl who was also helping us at the beginning (I didn’t catch her name). You all did a FABULOUS job and we are all beyond pleased with our bears! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!! This is a precious memorial gift we will never forget and we thank you for your remarkable customer service!”

“I truly enjoyed this particular Five Below!! The store set up was BETTER than the other series I visited. SUPER CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!! DID I SAY ORGANIZED LIKE, ?? You KNOW where things are & didn't have to look high and low? The store manager was amazing and very caring. Emmanuel was a great help and enjoyed making sure the store looked nice.
