“I ordered a book about running on the phone. This Barnes & Noble only had one in stock. I asked the clerk to hold the book for one day. When I arrived at the customer service desk the next day, my book was waiting for me. The checkout process was clean and sweet. I received excellent customer service.”

Can’t wait to go back!”

“Got my daughter’s ears pierced today at nine months old. Cassandra was AMAZING and has been doing this for over 15 years so I felt confident in her doing the piercing. Baby was fine and stopped crying less than 10 seconds after the piercing. I would do this again! Thank you!”

Vivian made check out a breeze and ensured that I was able to cash in all rewards for additional savings. Between the two of them they got me out the door with a beautiful $44 dress for less than $14 after tax, all in less than 5 minutes! Well done, Buckhead Carter's Team. We will be back!”

“Wonderful store. Amazing inventory of interesting wares. We picked up annoyed, a couple slinky's, kids books, matchbox cars, beach pails, etc. Though I didn't buy any, I was struck by the quality (and selection) of puzzles. We will definitely be back when we come to town.”

“Some of these previous reviews are disgusting. Never take a picture of an employee just to harass them online. Thats creepy behavior. I'm sure the employee did the best she could. You can see how uncomfortable she is at getting her picture taken by a random irate individual. I'm a customer myself. Smh”

“I came in because of a tiktok! I love this store and it was my first time visiting. The variety is so fun, whimsical, and overall cute. From housewares, to stuffed animals, to greeting cards - there's ton of variety in here. This is a nice place to stop in for a gag gift, funny greeting card, that book you didn't know you needed, and a Cow Tail 😀 😉”
