This location exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond in providing a great customer service experience! I do not like moving; however, Tasha and her staff listened to my concerns and helped me get the trucks and supplies needed. The prices here are always reasonable so I make sure to refer all my friends and family to this location.

Dirt was in the floor and the dash had not been wiped down. There was tape on the windshield to conceal a crack that eventually spread across the windshield. There was a squeaky noise come from underneath the hood. The gears seem to easily slip when trying to put the truck in reverse or drive. The truck could use some PM service.

Ms Tasha was very helpful and organized while handling my rental.she has excellent communication skills and overall good conversation to keep the trip short and sweet.I wish there were more neighborhood dealers with the same expertise.Thanks Tasha!

Really deserves 0 stars. I called to reserve a uhaul & asked the lady I spoke to to give me a moment to see what time would be best (literally 7 seconds) and she hung up as soon as I came back on the line. I called back to find out why we got disconnected and the same lady hung up again. Terrible customer service I would not recommend.

lady answered the phone didn't want to give me the quote and the called me from her personal phone to tell me not to rent the truck and take it out of town

Had a reservation to pick up truck on 9/5/22 from this location. Arrived to the site and was unable to pick up the truck. They had the light on that they were open we called all the numbers listed on the door with no response calls went directly to Voicemail. Sad enough to say that we were unable to complete our move. Then we received a call from the GM to say that he could meet us 30 minuts after our reservation time and then the clerk with the reservation told us that we were late getting the vehicle when we never received it. This is not a way to do business and very disappointing.

I guess cause it was a Sunday it was really quick to check inn and get the truck and check out when I returned it back. The woman I spoke too on the phone (it was a over the phone contact person) was nice. I gave 4 stars because the truck we was issued had an order in the back that hit you soon as you opened up the back of the truck like someone hauled their trash in there. Inside the driver area could've been swept out but it was that back. After we finished with the truck the order was mostly gone if not 95% gone. I'm assuming the pervious person who borrow it didn't air it out or the established don't check them upon return.

Delayed 3 different times. The person I dealt with was a little preoccupied the first call, but was very pleasant thereafter.

Terrible terrible terrible!!! My husband spoke with the lady in charge of renting us a truck 10 minutes before we arrived at the location to pick up. She said she would be there when we got there but was no where to be found when we got arrived at the location. She wouldn’t answer the phone and when she finally did she kept hanging up. We finally got her on the line and was able to rent the truck and was told we would receive a $20 discount for the inconvenience. She didn’t honor that promise and charged us an additional $19 aside from the original charge. The stupid part of all this was that my husband attempted to reserve the truck online the day before and called in after having a little difficulty with the site and that same lady insisted that we reserve the truck in person the next day with her instead.

The truck was given to me in a timely manner but the lady who I was speaking with was super rude and not helpful by any means. Not sure if it's the right job for her. Customer service 1/10

This is ridiculous. Lady was so rude that I spoke to and it took 5 HOURS to get my truck. Absolutely unacceptable.
