“Rude staff/rude manger at the back stocking. I have gone in 2 times in a row during my lunch hours to find the trending dumpling. I usually never ask I just went in check and leave if I didn’t see any. Today I decided to ask the lady stocking. She was very rude and said “we get them when we get them” I said thank you and went on to check out for the item I wanted (almost did leave it and just left) at check put the very kind and sweet girl that greets everyone I asked her and she said we do have them we got them in today. She then proceeded to show me them. Her name is Olivia. She made my kids day. They were so happy. Olivia is the only reason why i give it a 5 start because I was going to give it a 1 star. They have to be and do better.”
“I enjoyed shopping here how ever, I was disappointed that they didn't have any more death note tees when a worker said that they did. I went down too the other store Hot Topic and they had some. I still purchased a few items and exotic candy and drinks, they were delicious too!! Everyone was kind in this store and I would definitely come back.”

1."HELLO", I felt welcomed to be a customer.
2. CLEAN & ORGANIZED! No items strayed in the isles, nothing out of place! Also, you could smell the CLEAN as entering the front door!
3. Public Restroom clean. Any customer that needs: Hand soap, Lysol wipes, paper towels and toilet paper was within reach!
4. Manager Brandon was extremely welcoming and most approachable. He was attentive and pleasant! Whatever Brandon, Amanda & their crew are doing AT THIS LOCATION, NEEDS TO BE HIGHLY IMPLEMENTED at your 4061 Anneewakee Rd. location!!!
Not able to remember the young lady's name that cashed out my sister but, she was MOST HELPFUL & CONCERNED. She'll remember me as "Sweet Potatoe Pie"???

“Thank you, Lisa for going above and beyond for me. I've wanted an item (a lighted bow) that I originally purchased in the Loganville store while visiting family. But I live in Marietta, so Austell (Mableton) is a bit closer. Anyway, I called several wks ago for the item, and Lisa took my number down to contact me if more came in. So when she texted and said she had one i was super excited! I'm glad to see she didn't forget about me. Thanks again Lisa!!”
