You ROCK Austell Terrell Johnson! Thanks so much for providing my sister and I will top customer service. As seniors, you took your time through completing an oral assessment of our cellular phone needs. You showed us a variety of cellular phones and carefully explained the benefits of each phone. You used simple terms, and we were able to follow you clearly and understand how each phone functioned. As seniors, we felt as if we had come home through having a highly knowledgeable sales representative who knew what our needs were. Both of us purchased an I-Phone that we fully understood how to use. Note that we had not purchased a new phone in over twelve years. Thanks for eliminating our fear of purchasing a phone through offering good customer care, demonstrating, showing understanding of products (s), and service with a smile. We pray that upper management is aware of the top professional services you provide customers with at the VERIZON Austell store. Additionally, you should be consideration for a store manager and/or management program. Thanks again Terrell for being VERIZON’S top customer representative.

I came in today just to kind of price shop and see what my options were because I need a new phone. Valentin helped me through the entire process he answered all my questions,was patient,and well-informed. He even got my monthly bill lower! Today was an amazing experience and I gladly come back to this location just for him

Ryan k was knowledgeable, hard-working and an excellent representative for Verizon. And even though the process was time consuming to switch from ATT to Verizon, he was cheerful from start to finish. Based on Ryan's performance, I would recommend Verizon to all my friends. Thank you Ryan!

I had an outstanding experience at the Verizon store thanks to Terrell! From the moment we walked in, he provided exceptional customer service. Terrell is truly an expert when it comes to the deals and options available, and I appreciated that he never came across as pushy or trying to oversell. His friendly demeanor and great sense of humor made us feel right at home. It genuinely felt like we were being helped by a friend rather than a sales associate. I highly recommend visiting Terrell for any of your Verizon needs!

Awful customer service. The older gentleman is about as helpful as a brick wall. Sat on the phone for 30 minutes with Verizon in front of me without saying anything just to tell me when he got off the phone “that he was wrong and the promotion was correct on the contract” that’ll be a 30 minutes I never get back

I went to the Austell Verizon and met with Adam. Adam is the most fantastic and knowledgeable team member. He gave me exceptional customer service. I was blown away by his kindness and willingness to help me. Please go to the store and ask for Adam. Also store was just recently renovated.

Ty was Pleasant. There is a lack of privacy and security for personal information and transparency of use of information. One representative was very rude, sarcastic and disrespectful. I was given a temporary phone number I didn’t need. I never got the Welcome email to set up my Verizon business account but there was an attempt to create the account the day before I picked up the phone or had information on the account. It was a new business account. Horrible experience from the beginning. Spoke to Corporate and Verizon directly to voice my concerns because representatives at the store kept telling me their manager was not available and didn’t know when he would be there for sure or available for me to voice my concerns.

Sara, at the Floyd Road Verizon was awesome! She was so helpful. She helped me understand our plan, and told me about Global on my phone for our upcoming trip to Japan. She’s great!
