Today was the first time I’ve ever shipped an artwork internationally, and Kyle went out of his way to take his time making sure we got all the paperwork exactly right and that I felt assured the piece would arrive at its destination without issue. But even before sending things off today, Jayden was incredible when I stopped into the office just to ask some logistics questions - and she even followed up with me via phone a couple days later to confirm my drop-off day, so she could do her best to be available - and she was. Simply top-notch service. They clearly care about making people feel at ease leaving something precious in their hands, and they’ll walk you through every step of the process with the utmost patience. “I like this UPS store because the folks are friendly and helpful. There usually aren't too many people in the store waiting but that could be the time of day. It is easy to process Amazon returns - sometimes I can get in and out of there is less than a minute. Most of our shipping is to family members and it helps that they already have those names and addresses in the system and we just have to verify and can be on our way.”

Their Georgia warehouse is based in east Decatur (near Stone Mountain), but they came to me in Smyrna to pick up my shipment no problem (small fee for gas). But I highly recommend there services if you're shipping to the Caribbean, Jamaica, Guyana, or anywhere in South America. Your shipment will be safe and likely to arrive slightly sooner than scheduled. Trust me - they'll get you right!”
