Today was the first time I’ve ever shipped an artwork internationally, and Kyle went out of his way to take his time making sure we got all the paperwork exactly right and that I felt assured the piece would arrive at its destination without issue. But even before sending things off today, Jayden was incredible when I stopped into the office just to ask some logistics questions - and she even followed up with me via phone a couple days later to confirm my drop-off day, so she could do her best to be available - and she was. Simply top-notch service. They clearly care about making people feel at ease leaving something precious in their hands, and they’ll walk you through every step of the process with the utmost patience. I hope all goes well with this exhibition, and I have reason to mail even more work abroad. I will absolutely be giving this DHL my business from here on out!”

“This store 0575 is the ABSOLUTE BEST at being efficient. I frequently use their services to ship items for my e-commerce business.
I've probably used at least 3 other stores in the area and not on can compare to the quality of the service. I don't think I ever spent more than 5 minutes in the store (great thing) because they have everything ready for customers.
Any questions? Answered.

However, the customer staff was very attentive, efficient and the manager Carl, did an amazing job of making sure he attended to everyone in line versus waiting for people to come up to the counter. While serving others, he also made sure that the Amazon bins were clear. I haven’t seen good manager on multitasking like that in a long time.”

“We have been ordering from Cut Rate for many years under two different businesses. They have always provided the best service that has always been convenient with their delivery option. The box prices are unbeatable so much so that our sister companies in Florida and North Carolina always ask us to throw them some boxes on transfer trucks. The overrun boxes are great for us when shipping customer orders and the standard sizes are also great as they have some nice long boxes we use for items that are 4' plus. It save us and our customers so much money not having to ship thin but long items via freight truck.”

Regardless of how many individuals are needing assistance with UPS services, this team is always quick and efficient to meet everyone’s needs. I would like to specifically shout out to Tonaya & Peter with whom I have interacted with on several occasions and they both have gone out of their way to be personable and as helpful as possible. Peter has taken the time whenever I return an Amazon package here to ensure I have all of the correct records in case there should be any issue on Amazon’s end involving returns/refunds. Tonaya is always offering spectacular service and is a genuine joy to interact with. I truly find myself in a better mood whenever I have the opportunity to speak with either of them as I feel truly cared for as a customer afterwards, which is extremely noteworthy when all I’m doing is sending out packages - Above and beyond!
In the current state of the world, it’s rare to encounter quality guest service as we, employees and customers alike, are all facing insurmountable stressors & shortages so I deeply appreciate the emphasis that is placed on such an important pillar of business by this team in particular. I was in-and-out in 10 minutes! There is another UPS close by that doesn’t come close to this customer service. Highly recommend!”
