“My 18 year old daughter had to pull of the interstate this morning as her car indicated for her to stop driving. She is driving alooone to visit family in TN and was only 1 hour into the 5 hour trip. She called me and we searched a nearby mechanic. Burneys was just 2 miles away. The man treated her with kindness and immediately checked out her car.He took the time to drive it and then assure me it would be ok, just reset some “old” alerts. I’m so happy she now feels safe and comfortable getting back on the road. Times like these surely make me proud to be an American living in the south. “These folks are great. Good experience everytime I have used them. Unlike other spots they were willing to at least scan my cars issue while being backed up due to the holiday coming up. Turned out to be a minor issue, and they got me on the road within two hours. Another place would take no Action on my Buick. Wouldn't even do a five-minute stand see if I had a major issue it not.”
“I'm a travel nurse and our story started last year when my alternator gave out. They gave me a ride to work and had my van ready when I got off...fast forward a year and a half later...that part gave out again...I was 25 miles away... they came and picked me up, took me back to their shop, fixed my van and told me it was all covered under warranty. EVEN THE LABOR! GOD BLESS THESE GUYS BECAUSE THEY HAD NO CLUE THAT I HAD JUST GOTTEN OUT OF THE HOSPITAL MYSELF AND WAS IN FINANCE TROUBLE DUE TO MISSING WORK. GOD WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS! “Hart's identified the issue with my car and fixed it promptly. I asked about a body work issue and was told it was outside what they did and he wasn't comfortable handling it, but would check around and would recommend someone if they got good reviews. About all I could ask.”
“I came in after getting ran off into a ditch and had a tire blown that made the vehicle undriveable. I was on a time crunch that day and had to remotely get the vehicle towed there while I was at a doctor’s appointment. They were able to give me a quick quote and accommodate me and work on it while I was at the doctor’s appointment, and the vehicle was done by the time I came back. There was about an hour wait before my vehicle was able to get serviced, but that made sense seeing as it was during an afternoon rush and I didn’t schedule an appointment. After my doctor’s appointment, all I had to do was pay and pick up the keys, no real wait time whatsoever. The cost was very reasonable. The tire was a little more expensive ($30 more) than I normally see, but that made sense since they had to special order it (which I requested a few days before), and it was still within my budget. Tire was $285 (light truck tire) and total cost was $333.80, well under what I was prepared to pay. I checked the tire after installation and it looked good, and it drove well too. My only thing is they didn’t automatically include an alignment in the coat, so they didn’t do one, so I’ll have to go back and ask for one, but that’s no biggie. I’m just glad that I have a drivable vehicle again. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with the process and result.”

“I went in to get an oil change at 6:45pm & there was a car ahead of us. The Walmart employees in the service department were extremely nice! They worked overtime & changed my oil. I give Walmart Service Center 5 stars & I do recommend them”
