“My Air conditioning went when leaving the Hospital, and having to return Sunday to get my sick wife I had no options to get it fixed late on a Friday and being most businesses are closed Saturday/Sunday (*Note, I have a warranty but couldn’t get in for 17 days!) I called and spoke to the office manager and she said bring it right over! *Note
This shop took me just before CLOSING and I’m so grateful, it really says alot about this business/shop and how much they care about the community /customer service, also the service charge was extremely fair, Some advice, when you can find a business like this and trustworthy, I just can’t see taking your vehicle anywhere else!
I would recommend this business 100%

“My 18 year old daughter had to pull of the interstate this morning as her car indicated for her to stop driving. She is driving alooone to visit family in TN and was only 1 hour into the 5 hour trip. She called me and we searched a nearby mechanic. Burneys was just 2 miles away. The man treated her with kindness and immediately checked out her car.He took the time to drive it and then assure me it would be ok, just reset some “old” alerts. I’m so happy she now feels safe and comfortable getting back on the road. Times like these surely make me proud to be an American living in the south. The kindest people live here and I am grateful to this young man for his professionalism and kindness. Thank you Burneys Transmission in GA.”

“My tractor grapple was down until I could find the part I needed, I found it at your dealership and ordered it online! I called to make sure they received my order! “I came in after getting ran off into a ditch and had a tire blown that made the vehicle undriveable. I was on a time crunch that day and had to remotely get the vehicle towed there while I was at a doctor’s appointment. They were able to give me a quick quote and accommodate me and work on it while I was at the doctor’s appointment, and the vehicle was done by the time I came back. There was about an hour wait before my vehicle was able to get serviced, but that made sense seeing as it was during an afternoon rush and I didn’t schedule an appointment. After my doctor’s appointment, all I had to do was pay and pick up the keys, no real wait time whatsoever. The cost was very reasonable. The tire was a little more expensive ($30 more) than I normally see, but that made sense since they had to special order it (which I requested a few days before), and it was still within my budget. Tire was $285 (light truck tire) and total cost was $333.80, well under what I was prepared to pay. I checked the tire after installation and it looked good, and it drove well too. My only thing is they didn’t automatically include an alignment in the coat, so they didn’t do one, so I’ll have to go back and ask for one, but that’s no biggie. I’m just glad that I have a drivable vehicle again. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with the process and result.”
