“My 18 year old daughter had to pull of the interstate this morning as her car indicated for her to stop driving. She is driving alooone to visit family in TN and was only 1 hour into the 5 hour trip. She called me and we searched a nearby mechanic. Burneys was just 2 miles away. The man treated her with kindness and immediately checked out her car.He took the time to drive it and then assure me it would be ok, just reset some “old” alerts. I’m so happy she now feels safe and comfortable getting back on the road. Times like these surely make me proud to be an American living in the south. “Imagine this…… you’re traveling to Florida for vacation in your 2014 Chevrolet 2500 Silverado, pulling a 36’ fifth wheel. 30 miles north of Bainbridge the truck slows down to 20 to 30 miles per hour in a 55 MPH zone The control panel shows “Reduced power mod”. Scary to say the least, 4 hours from home, 2 hours from the beach. I quickly started looking for a diesel repair shop or Chevrolet Dealership, that’s where Action Chevrolet in Bainbridge came about. We limped into Action Chevrolet and parked our truck and camper on the lot. From the moment we arrived the staff were kind, understanding and went out of their way to get us back on the road. The diesel mechanic was leaving on vacation the next day and at first they said it couldn’t be fixed until he returned 10 days later. After trying a quick fix that didn’t work, they sent someone to retrieve the part and Marshall Mann, the diesel mechanic, said he would come in early the next morning and repair our truck before he left on vacation that day. They even offered for us to stay on Action Chevrolets lot over night. But we found a campground 3 miles from the dealership. We got up the next morning and met Marshall there and he had us on the road by 10:30. We have never experienced such kind, professional, humble and honest people. If we ever want to purchase a new truck we’ll come see Clayton or if we ever need any repair on our Chevy again, we’ll drive to Action Chevrolet in Bainbridge. Thanks for the excellent service.”
“Recently gotten a vehicle and come to find out thanks to Williamson auto that the vehicle didn’t have any transmission fluid and a hose was busted. They gave me a time frame and they completed the work on time and now the vehicle is running like it’s brand new. Thank you all at Williamson auto for a wonderful work.”
“I'm a travel nurse and our story started last year when my alternator gave out. They gave me a ride to work and had my van ready when I got off...fast forward a year and a half later...that part gave out again...I was 25 miles away... they came and picked me up, took me back to their shop, fixed my van and told me it was all covered under warranty. EVEN THE LABOR! GOD BLESS THESE GUYS BECAUSE THEY HAD NO CLUE THAT I HAD JUST GOTTEN OUT OF THE HOSPITAL MYSELF AND WAS IN FINANCE TROUBLE DUE TO MISSING WORK. GOD WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS! IM SO THANKFUL.”

“I want to thank the mechanic at the Walmart auto center for helping me this past Sunday. I did not get his name, unfortunately, but I hope he reads this. I was driving through Bainbridge when I heard some noise coming from my car. There were no other auto shops open except Walmart. So I drove in, explained what I was hearing, and although that is not their domain, he still assisted me and my car got me safely to my final destination. So I want to thank the mechanic there for going above and beyond and for helping me when he didn’t have to.”
