“I would give this place 100 stars if I could! I am very grateful to the pharmacist here. I don’t know his name but he went above and beyond to help my 7 month old son get his inhaler he desperately needed when our usual pharmacy in donalsonville ran out. He managed this on a weekend no less!!!! I couldn’t find anyone else in the area that was open and had the inhaler in stock. I called this place and explained my situation to the pharmacist and he immediately helped me get my refills sent over to his location because he had the inhaler in stock. Then my insurance (which always gives me problems with EVERYTHING) refused to pay him, so he called around to other pharmacies in the area and found someone else who had it in stock and could fill it through my insurance so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. By the time he called me back (which was very quickly I might add) he already had everything in order for us at the other pharmacy so we didn’t need to do anything but go pick it up. I’ve never NEVER dealt with a pharmacist that went this far out of their way to help a stranger in need before. He didn’t have to do any of this, he could have told me he couldn’t fill it unless I paid cash, and that would be that. But he instead went through a lot of trouble to find someone who was open on a weekend and had the medication in stock and could use my finicky insurance. I am forever grateful to this man. My son can’t breathe without this medication. He ends up hospitalized when he goes without it during a bad episode. So I truly can’t say enough how grateful I am for this pharmacist. God bless!”

“I’ve never thought to use Grimslwy Pharmacy because of all of the big chain pharmacies here like Walgreens. Well for the first time I needed a prescription that only Grimsley Pharmacy could fill because all of the other pharmacies in town didn’t stock it. Upon me entering the store for the very first time I was immediately greeted not only by staff but by other customers having coffee as well. I kid you not. This Pharmacy is so friendly and down to earth that it encourages its customers to be that way as well.i will be going back to this store to do business because of the Lamont of hospitality they give their patrons.”

They work very hard and every time I have questions they always answer them and never act annoyed. They never question me or my medication like Walmart did and I truly believe they care. “Used CVS pharmacy for many years. I think this location's pharmacy dept is just very overwhelmed. It's understandable that the pharmacy might not run smoothly under these circumstances. Maybe they will get some adequate help soon and the issues will be ironed out. They may have issues within their Corporation that we aren't aware of.
