“I cannot recommend this shop ENOUGH!! As a 22 year old girl, I know nothing about cars and I have been taken advantage of many times by different mechanics. Ball Ground Tire & Auto is NOT one of those places. They have integrity and their service is timely and efficient. Not to mention the customer service as well is outstanding. I will never go anywhere else, for even something as simple as an oil change. This is a place you can trust. The general manager Brian runs a great business and he looks out for his customers. “We called just to see if they had an adapter, they did. And when they saw us pull up, had the part waiting on the counter.To be fair, we called about a 7-slot to 4 plug adapter for a sub to uhaul trailer, so he did have a hint it was us. But he was still on top of things.Friendly people as well.”
