As a technician myself, I love how they do things the pictures, etc. etc. they handle with the warranty department and take care of it from point A till your leaving in your car. Will definitely use them agin. “I have had nothing but great service with Canton Glass. And I have several things to say about the two bad reviews I just read.-James H.- did you ever stop to think to check your VM or Texts? Probably not, it happens in business when someone is trying to contact the customer, leaves voice messages and even texts & receives no replies. Then its assumed said customer, Like James H. Changed their mind, so the business stops wasting time calling the customer.- the next reviewers name escapes me- but to address his issues with Canton Glass.... Maybe, JUST MAYBE, he got hung up on because he was cussing and yelling at the person at Canton Glass. Would anyone at any business want to be berated and cursed at while trying to resolve whatever issues there are? I can only say that in that instance, The Customer is NOT always right, BITCH. His "Karen" attitude deserved getting hung up on and needs to learn a thing or two about manners and common courtesy. CANTON GLASS for the win.”

“Live up to the name. Hometown, good ol boys. Diagnosed my car, filled the tire with air, and literally didn't charge me a penny. They let my boyfriend do a payment plan on about $400 worth of work bc he was recommended by a close friend. I'm not saying they'll do the same for you, they did all of this out of kindness.
