“I cannot recommend this shop ENOUGH!! As a 22 year old girl, I know nothing about cars and I have been taken advantage of many times by different mechanics. Ball Ground Tire & Auto is NOT one of those places. They have integrity and their service is timely and efficient. Not to mention the customer service as well is outstanding. I will never go anywhere else, for even something as simple as an oil change. This is a place you can trust. The general manager Brian runs a great business and he looks out for his customers. Geoff was very professional, helpful and assisted me during the whole process. He even shared that if I tried to call and he didn’t answer he was probably on break and that he’d call me back when he came back. “Rylan tested my battery for free after Shottenkirk Ford Dealership suggested a replacement (mind you I wasn’t having issue). I had taken my vehicle for a recall repair and oil change. Battery tested fine, saving me an originally quoted $300 battery replacement. Picked up some cabin and engine filters. I love O’reilly and the customer service this place offers!”
