WAY BETTER TO DEAL WITH THAN WALMART AND LETS NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT CVS , they are a nightmare to try and get on the phone let alone pick up meds from!! The teens and young adults seem a little bothered when you walk up to pay. By no means are they rude, just would be nice to see an be greeted with something more than a straight face”
“Mom is in assisted living and we have her meds delivered to the facility through Mid City. Absolutely no issues whatsoever, and in addition the staff is amazingly helpful, friendly and professional.
We were previously obliged (at another facility) to use a big name online pharmacy that specializes in assisted living. Not a month went by without some complicated glitch or other, and their customer service stunk.
Mid City is the most refreshing change, and we are so grateful that independents like them still exist. If you have a choice, please support these people! You'll be treated like family instead of a necessary evil.”

They’re always very willing to help me or anyone else in there I love to listen to all of the workers greet people and ask them if they need any help I’ve been coming in there for about five years now because I work next-door and Traci goes way up and beyond to help anyone that’s in that store as I’m shopping around even if I don’t see her and she doesn’t see me I can hear her speaking to customers and she’s always so kind to each one of them.”
“Our experience with curbside from the Jasper, GA Kroger location has always been top notch. The manager, Suzanne, in that department is always willing to offer any help as necessary. We are more than pleased with the deals & coupons offered each time we shop. Even gas incentives for shopping curbside on Fridays. As long as they continue to offer such an amazing service all around we will continue shopping here.”

“Shout out to Steven in the pharmacy!! Came by 20 minutes before closing to pick up some meds called in by Urgent Care, and he must have heard the desperation in my voice because even though it had just been submitted and they were so close to closing, he went ahead and filled the two prescriptions for me within 10 minutes. Many people would have put it off til the next day with it being to close to the end of the day, but I greatly appreciated his prompt customer service. Thank you!!!!!”
“Felicia in the pharmacy was out of medicine I needed to fill my prescription, so she took the time to call another pharmacy to see if they had it available. She was my life saver, because I had already tried others that closed because of snow and was wore out , I've been so sore and sick without my prescription. She was there by herself , on this icy, snow day and yet wasn't complaining. Took time out for me. Little things like that matter, it didn't go unnoticed. If they say there is an issue with the controlled drugs, there probably is. I have never had a bad experience with a person at this entire store..sure it has been a little slow with my prescriptions time to time but that's why I don't wait until last minute, and why I make sure when I leave the doctor they called in the right medication. Just saying...no pharmacy will be ?”
