“Mom is in assisted living and we have her meds delivered to the facility through Mid City. Absolutely no issues whatsoever, and in addition the staff is amazingly helpful, friendly and professional.
We were previously obliged (at another facility) to use a big name online pharmacy that specializes in assisted living. Not a month went by without some complicated glitch or other, and their customer service stunk.
Mid City is the most refreshing change, and we are so grateful that independents like them still exist. If you have a choice, please support these people! You'll be treated like family instead of a necessary evil.”
“This is the best pharmacy! Everyone is always so helpful and kind. The pharmacist always takes the time to answer any questions I have and has checked that a new prescription wouldn't interact with my other prescriptions. A previous pharmacy I went to always acted like the customers were an inconvenience. Having a good pharmacy that you trust is so valuable and rare today. Even though we moved further away from Pharmoore, we still use this pharmacy because it is worth the drive.”
“This Walgreens is actually really well-kept and clean, which makes shopping here a lot better. They have a huge selection, so I can usually find whatever I'm looking for without having to go to another store. Also, definitely use their app, there are always a bunch of coupons available that actually save you a decent amount of money. Definitely my preferred spot for pharmacy trips.”

“Every time I come into the store, everyone is always so pleasant. They’re always very willing to help me or anyone else in there I love to listen to all of the workers greet people and ask them if they need any help I’ve been coming in there for about five years now because I work next-door and Traci goes way up and beyond to help anyone that’s in that store as I’m shopping around even if I don’t see her and she doesn’t see me I can hear her speaking to customers and she’s always so kind to each one of them.”

Came by 20 minutes before closing to pick up some meds called in by Urgent Care, and he must have heard the desperation in my voice because even though it had just been submitted and they were so close to closing, he went ahead and filled the two prescriptions for me within 10 minutes. Many people would have put it off til the next day with it being to close to the end of the day, but I greatly appreciated his prompt customer service. Thank you!!!!!”

“I’ve had very positive experiences using the pharmacy at this Kroger location. The pharmacists and staff are always professional, friendly, and willing to take the time to answer any questions I have about prescriptions. They are patient and make sure you understand important information about medications, which I really appreciate. Prescription pickups have been smooth and efficient, and the staff does a great job keeping things organized even when it’s busy. I’ve also found the team to be very helpful when it comes to checking on prescriptions, insurance questions, or letting you know when something is ready. Overall, the pharmacy staff here provides reliable service and great customer care, which makes the experience much less stressful. I’m grateful to have such a dependable pharmacy nearby and feel comfortable continuing to use this location.”

“I have never had any problems at this CVS. Take a look at some of these complaints. The people writing them are incredibly entitled or are not telling us the whole story. The pharmacist at this CVS is outstanding. She is the best medical professional in my circle of caregivers. She has come out from behind the counter to help me find things. I moved all of my scripts here from the Publix across the road because the Publix pharmacy folks have an attitude problem. They never smile, they don't care. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”
