“I go out of my way to go to this pharmacy. They are friendly, helpful, they know me by name, most of them at least. I never feel like a number. I feel like I'm visiting with my (good) neighbors. There are two closer Walmart pharmacies that are nearby, but every encounter with those pharmacies is adequate, but not friendly. Love the Holly Springs Walmart Pharmacy!”

“Shout out to Steven in the pharmacy!! Came by 20 minutes before closing to pick up some meds called in by Urgent Care, and he must have heard the desperation in my voice because even though it had just been submitted and they were so close to closing, he went ahead and filled the two prescriptions for me within 10 minutes. Many people would have put it off til the next day with it being to close to the end of the day, but I greatly appreciated his prompt customer service. Thank you!!!!!”
“By far the nicest, most helpful pharmacy in the area. I had a difficult to fill prescription (for a pet, not a common drug, they had to special order it). When I went to Publix, the awesome tech (she has an undercut and is always SUPER nice and helpful) went out of her way to find it, order it, find us the best coupon, with no issues. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Working in a chain pharmacy is not easy and I know there are a lot of things out of their control, but they try their best for the patients. Thank you!!”

“Having never been to a Kroger before, I didn't know what to expect.Well, apparently this Kroger is fancy. The bathrooms were clean and they have EV charging stations. They also had the drinks right up front, along with many specials that included meat, seasonal items, and I believe vegetables for a summer BBQ.I really didn't get a chance to explore much, but I did notice they have a gas station, which we used, as well as some sort of rewards program. The cashier had asked me if I was a Kroger member, after all, when I was paying. Prices were a little more than I'm accustomed to, but it's nothing that breaks that bank. Would like to check out more of this chain certainly to form a solid opinion.”

“They are a busy pharmacy no doubt, but reading the comments below....the pharmacy is Healthcare not customer service based. If they say there is an issue with the controlled drugs, there probably is. I have never had a bad experience with a person at this entire store..sure it has been a little slow with my prescriptions time to time but that's why I don't wait until last minute, and why I make sure when I leave the doctor they called in the right medication. Just saying...no pharmacy will be ?”

“I have never had any problems at this CVS. Take a look at some of these complaints. The people writing them are incredibly entitled or are not telling us the whole story. The pharmacist at this CVS is outstanding. She is the best medical professional in my circle of caregivers. She has come out from behind the counter to help me find things. I moved all of my scripts here from the Publix across the road because the Publix pharmacy folks have an attitude problem. They never smile, they don't care. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”
