My overall experience was good took a little time to get it done but so far I'm enjoying my new phone

John helped me with my iphone upgrade. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and even stayed late to finish the process dur to my phone thst I upgraded from was old and kept shutting off while trying to transfer my data to new phone. I really like the Verizon Store in Barnesville Ga.
