“Stopped in today to return a wiper for 2023 Ford Exploder. I couldn't get the wiper to fit. Bill came out from behind the counter and saved the day. He knew the exact wiper and sizes. Bill also installed them on this fine FORD (PFFFFT!). Thank you, Bill. You are awesome and certainly deserve a raise and an award. Awesome!!!!

“I highly recommend Painter's Place Collision Center. The owners, Matt and Amanda, will keep you informed every step of the way while your car is being repaired. Amanda even went to bat for us several times with our insurance company and with Buick because of a delayed part. Our Enclave, which had significant front end damage, came back in the best condition with an identical, spotless paint match. “Always has what I need and the staff are nice. It can be hard to get out of the parking lot. There is also an unnecessary speed bump in the parking lot that I always see people go around. Anyways, the staff are nice, the place is clean and organized, and also well stocked.”

“This place is great. I needed a high cost, large, direct fit item right away. Autozone had it in stock if I drove a couple hours away. Advance had too long of a wait for delivery. NAPA was way overpriced. Rockauto wanted to use FedEx, which I knew would destroy them in shipping and the choices on Amazon looked like complete junk. O'Reilly to the rescue! They are so fast because they have their own internal delivery system to get the specialized inventory parts delivered to the store right near my house. They even helped me load it up. A+ to O'Reilly Auto Parts.”

“The auto parts store is good, but the fact that they have a machine shop also is great. The guy in the machine shop is an old dude that actually knows what he's doing. I took a set of very expensive rotors to another place, and they absolutely butchered them. I didn't think they could be saved, but the guy in the machine shop attached to Carquest did a top notch job on my rotors. For those of you who know the difference between a good job vs. a bad job when it comes to rotors will definitely appreciate his work. He cleans the mating surfaces. He does an excellent job cutting the rotors with zero runout. And, he sands/scuffs the surface a bit. This isn't the O'Reilly auto parts treatment; no, this guy gets it, which is a rare thing these days. If he'll take good care of my rotors, he'll probably take good care of my other stuff, too. I'm gonna use this shop a lot more in the future.”

“One of the few places with great customer service these days. I showed up 30 mins before closing with a dead battery. It’s the night before Thanksgiving and I have travel plans tomorrow. I was expecting to get turned away because it’s so close to closing, or at least get a rude employee angry about not being off work yet. I was SHOCKED to find neither situation. The employees helped me immediately, knew exactly what to do, checked and replaced my battery in less than 15-20 mins, made sure all locks and windows were working before I left, and wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. I haven’t seen this kind of customer service since COVID started. I forgot what it was like. I’m so impressed I decided to write a review about my excellent experience. This is rare these days.”
