“I had a leak in my trunk in August 2017. Pinhole in my rear passenger tail light. 6 1/2 years later I noticed water. Seal is still holding. Mr Holman sealed a seam in the body of the car which might be the problem. I will be watching it to see if the problem is solved. Great place great people.”

I had the pleasure of working with Classic Collision Auburn shop and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked into the door to drop the car off; the ladies in the office greeted us warmly, they were professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explained the process to us. It was during the Holidays, so they were open and honest about expectations for the repair's completion timeframe; it was clear that they understood the importance of our son's car to him and valued customer service, with the commitment to making the repair process as smooth as possible. When they encountered a delay, we received a call; when our son unexpectedly visited the shop to ensure the repair was going smoothly, they took him back to the shop and showed him his car and the progress. There was a lot of damage to my Jeep and many issues, but each time they were able to troubleshoot and fix anything. Unfortunately, in the end, there was too much damage and my insurance company decided to total my Jeep. Akins took great care of me all along the way. When there were issues with my insurance company, they loaned me one of their vehicles. When it was decided that my Jeep was totaled and my insurance company was low balling me on the settlement price, they put me in touch with Jordan Wooten of Wooten Umpire and Appraisals who got me another $10k over what my insurance company was offering. Tim Murphy and Tim Adels did a great job getting the Jeep back together and were always very helpful. When I needed documentation to fight with my insurance company, Elain Hunt (who is an absolute sweetheart) always provided what I needed as quickly as possible. The people at Akins Collision took much better care of me than my insurance company did. If you are ever in a car accident, take your car to Akins. They will go above and beyond to take care of you and your vehicle.”

“The auto parts store is good, but the fact that they have a machine shop also is great. The guy in the machine shop is an old dude that actually knows what he's doing. I took a set of very expensive rotors to another place, and they absolutely butchered them. I didn't think they could be saved, but the guy in the machine shop attached to Carquest did a top notch job on my rotors. For those of you who know the difference between a good job vs. a bad job when it comes to rotors will definitely appreciate his work. He cleans the mating surfaces. He does an excellent job cutting the rotors with zero runout. And, he sands/scuffs the surface a bit. This isn't the O'Reilly auto parts treatment; no, this guy gets it, which is a rare thing these days. If he'll take good care of my rotors, he'll probably take good care of my other stuff, too. I'm gonna use this shop a lot more in the future.”

Tried to give an extra 20 for tip but they wouldn't take it. Made my repair and drives like new. Thanks guys!”
