Horrible customer service, I was charged $40 for them to come fix a problem caused by them, and service is constantly down for no given reason. The worst Internet you can get, I cannot recommend these people, get literally anywhere else over them.

WORST ISP and the only ISP in blackshear that isn't satellite. They constantly blame problems on YOUR router it could be brand new and a 300$ router before they admit it's something on their end. They're rude and don't know what they're talking about. I was getting DDoSsed years ago and they told me that dynamic ip addresses were for businesses only, they were also unfamiliar with what a distributed denial of service attack was which is when someone maliciously sends too many packets to your router thus shutting it off from providing service as its too overloaded. They constantly try to tell you to get their trash mesh routers, you don't need mesh unless your house is big enough to where you're over 150-250 feet away from your WiFi router. 99% of the problems is on their end. Turning your modem and router off only fixes problems 5% of the time. It took 3 weeks one time after a storm just to get them to give us a new modem when the storm fried it and they said a modem usually lasts 10 to 15 years. Once again not knowing a damn thing about internet tech. This is what happens when you get hired cuz you know someone in a small town rather than hiring QUALIFIED people. The only solution is moving to waycross LOL. Praying to God an ISP comes over here so this terrible access atc finally goes out of business like it deserves.

I don’t have this service I just honestly don’t appreciate reckless driving coming from the employees. Whoever was on highway 32 this morning going towards Alma tailgated me which wasn’t cool since I was already going over to try to get them to back off. Finally they went around me but took off so fast they had to of been doing 80 if I was doing 65 because they were gone. Around 7:30 kudos on having numbers on the trucks but yeah they went by so fast I couldn’t get it. That’s them off in the distance.

I'm disappointed in ATC services. The ATC website doesn't have an outage map which would be helpful because their service isn't reliable during storms. We've had at least 1 outage a month since we've started, but we often have as many as 2-3 a month, some which last several hours. We're using this internet service to power our Roku televisions but also for my work from home-- this many lapses is annoying.Let me be clear, I'm not as mad about the outages, I'm a network/IT person myself and I understand. But ATC as a company has horrible communication for customers when these things do happen and we're paying entirely too much money (~$80 a month) for BOTH poor service and communication. My grandfather used ATC telephone and some small internet services for several decades, so I prefer to stay with them despite the issues.

We've had ATC cable for over 20 years. First in Blackshear, and now in Patterson for over 15 years. Very, very few service interruptions, and all were corrected in short order. We also had DSL internet and most recently have had cable I internet for several years. Again, we're up 99+% of the time.

Its so funny how this company dominates this area around here. Just like the rest of the reviews here, the service cuts in and out all the time! It is so inconvenient, they need some competition because atc is lacking so bad. Lazy workers, horrible service, and outrages plans compared to other internet company. We need better internet providers!!

Internet cuts in and out. Really unfortunate for playing video games or doing online work because you'll lose progress with no warning. Someone could pour their water out in the road and it'll go out. Really really weak. Wouldn't recommend if you have a choice.

Worst cable company ever and the only one available in town so you are stuck with their poor service and routine outages on several cable stations.They always blame someone else for these channel outages that occur daily. The most concerning thing is they don't care that you have intermittent or no service for days.

Calling it the worst service provider ever would be an understatement. I implore you ,use anyone else. I had my internet service cut off because of problems with payment. I called and they said I could pay in cash in person. I did just that and they said everything was fine. However when I got home, they still didn't flip it back on. I called and they basically gave me the could shoulder. DON'T USE THIS PROVIDER EVER!!!

Slow service and it cuts in and out multiple times a day. When they put fiber into the house the bill went up 10bucks a month and the service is worst then before. Dsl worked better which makes no since. They got a monopoly and can do and charge what they want for there service cause people gonna pay it if that's the only option for internet.
