Selected the $15 wash but looked like I received a $2 rinse with a hose. The soap was dispensed and brush went down the side of the truck but can’t tell the tailgate and bumper was even touched. The running boards looked the same after the wash as they did before the wash. I looked down at my phone when the wash started but was surprised when I heard it was finished. Not sure it even went thru all the cycles. The pre authorization of $20 is ridiculous. Just another thing I have to remember and go back to check later to see if I was correctly charged. You can do better.

Charged my card double what I requested and didn't even do a good job. Definitely won't go back and I'm going to dispute the charges and report them.

I chose the $15 wash and my car was still dirty after going through it. The water pressure and soap were great and I honestly thought that my car would be sparkling clean. I guess there isn’t a brush that washes the car and it uses water pressure alone. I went back over my car with a towel and it wiped clean. The vacuums were great and freshener spray gun worked well. I spent $4 cash on vacuuming so a total of $19. I noticed a $20 debit but from reviews I see that’s a preauthorization which is fine. Not the greatest but it definitely beat driving to Waycross or having to wash the entire thing by myself at home.

Did the $15 wash and there was still dirt on my driver's door and streaks of dirt down the sides.

I wanted and pushed the button for a basic wash which was only 10 bucks I was charged 20 dollars and it only sprayed soap on one time came through with a power rinse then a mist rinse and that was it I am not satisfied this was a bad experience for my first time there

Alls well, just giving a heads up. If you pay with CashApp there is a preauthorization but it is refunded after finished pending.

I have a lifted ram 2500 only couple of inches from reaching the height limit sign on your bigger wash bay kinda scared to take it through? I bring all of my sports cars here for the touch free and blow dry nice place does a good job

Paid TWENTY dollars for a car wash that includes vacuum. Did not receive a vacuum token. That's the only reason someone would pay 20 dollars for a car wash. I need a refund.
