This is a Hostel and resupply for the AT. It has alot of history as it was built by the CCC. There are hundreds of old hiking boots up in the trees in the front. Ask i side for the story.

This a mountain stop and rest after riding the switchbacks. Read the history of the place during the 1800s until now. Very interesting from the minds oof the Ametican Indians who grew up in the area. Great place to take a break. It is a beautiful area. I recommend it
