About Americold Logistics Savannah II
Americold Logistics Savannah II is a temperature-controlled warehouse facility owned and operated by Americold, a leading global provider of temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics solutions. The facility is known for its easy in and out process, with a convenient drop and hook system. The staff at the guard shack, particularly Pam and Nikki, are described as very nice and helpful, providing clear directions to drivers. The overall experience is reported as stress-free, with the supervisor, TerRhonda, being pleasant and professional. While the shipping office is generally satisfactory, one employee with glasses is noted as ignoring customers, in contrast to the helpful service provided by the employee without glasses. The facility has two separate operations, Americold storage and Walmart, and drivers are advised to follow the specific directions provided for accessing the site.

Great attitude inside and out. A young lady,Ms Ebony came out and politely told me I left my lock on my trailer. As kind as she was she got my keys unlocked the trailer and brought my keys back I was there less than an hour to unload awesome
