Bodyplex Blue Ridge is a premier 24/7 health club described as Blue Ridge's best hidden gym. It is a beautiful, spacious, and clean club with excellent facilities. Members and day visitors enjoy a wide array of first-in-class equipment, including Life Fitness Signature machines, Hammer Strength plate loaded machines, Matrix smart cardio, and Rogue competition plates. The new location offers more room and additional equipment compared to the old one. The staff is great, with owners frequently seen smiling, helping clients, and doing personal training. Guests note a fantastic job in setting up the gym and appreciate the personal training options. Visitors are welcomed in no problem, and guest passes are available by phone, in person, or via social media. It is considered the best gym in Blue Ridge.
The gym as a gym is well, good equipment and nice atmosphere. The cleanliness of the gym is a bit sub par. Bathrooms remain uncleaned for days, as does trash get left in or around the equipment for days as well. They certainly need a cleaner of some kind

Fully equipped and clean. I did 6-weeks challenge with nutrition and workout sessions, amazing results!

Stopped by early in the morning after getting to Blue Ridge yesterday. I'm an avid gym rat and train in many places. I was blown away with how awesome this place is. Will be going here all week during my stay in the am. To the owners, fantastic job!
