Michelle, in the office, gave me a call on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with any updates on repair progress and allowed for any questions I may have had.
The cherry on top was when I came to pick my truck up and the entire vehicle was squeaky clean, even though it was just a bumper and tailgate replacement!
This experience was a far cry from the last time I was rear ended and I brought my truck to a different, well-known repair shop in Athens. I would absolutely recommend this body shop to anyone in need of such services and will certainly return if I am ever in need of a body shop in the future!”
