“Firehall is the best vet I’ve been to, especially for exotic pets. They took great care of my very sick hamster, Hammy. Unfortunately, Hammy did eventually have to be put down as when I got her, she was already incredibly sick. Nevertheless Firehall was super compassionate and caring, and even sent me a letter in the mail afterwards, offering their condolences.”
“I am in tears- for a great reason. This establishment is extraordinary, clean, and organized. We have brought our 4 pets here (2 dogs, 2 cats) over the last two months for various reasons. From annual check ups and vaccine updates, to full-blown itch-while-walking syndrome from the dogs, and a spay that incurred many post-op visits for one of our cats.
I usually feel anxious within a vet and this is the first place I've found that I can really express my concerns with my pets. Everyone in this establishment is so kind, patient, and understanding and they really seem to bend over backwards for the pet parents that really need it. If I can help it, I will never go to another vet! We have two American Bullys at 85 & 75 lbs and two 7lb cats.”
“I love HOPE! We've been there since our Stetson was a puppy. (They offer a discount on your initial visit if you adopt from our local shelter!) They are very efficient and kind and take such good care of us every time, whether in person or over phone/email. They're the best!”

“They did a phenomenal job with my 6 month puppy's nail clipping. I've done a lot of dogs I just couldn't do hers. I was very happy that they got done.”
“They are very understanding and cooperative. I had stray sick cat. I took her in a box. At the end of service not only they land me the cat carrier but the doctor Lance Jones took extra care of the cat without charging me more.
The cat is doing well now.

“1st time using this vet for my 3yo Havenese who had an ear irritation. Dr. Geren was very thorough doing a quick exam including legs, eyes and hips. She provided a prescription which cleared up in the ear problem in a few days.I'll be using this clinic again.”
